Job description

Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for the supervision of the Reporting Ecosystem and Database structure towards automatization.
  •  In order to ensure company's performance, you will guarantee the team is able to deliver the market's requests of information through dashboards, regular presentations and ad-hoc analysis.
  • As Supervisor Commercial Intelligence you will proactively show issues and opportunities to Top Management, triggering action, as well as prepare the team to take advantage of more complex analytics; planning ahead the types of analysis and quality of data.


Requirements:


  • University Degree (preferably in Business and Economics, Management).
  • Master in Data Management is a plus.
  • Native or near native in Spanish and fluent in English (at least C1).
  • 3-5 years of previous record in a Commercial/Business Intelligence or data department.
  • Experience with advanced Analytics, Power BI, SQL and Agile (basic Scrum) is a must.
  • Great skills managing a team, at least 1 year of experience (2 direct reports).
  • Understanding potential of Power BI to coordinate with Automation team and Analysts what to achieve with Dashboards.
  • Awareness of BI tables and raw data sources to be integrated in the future.
  • Understanding of the business including channels and activities that are currently in place.
  • Basic system development skills (any language, python is a plus)
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and fantastic interpersonal approach.
  • Valid EU work permit.
  • SnowFlake, AWS, Google Analytics and Jira knowledge is a plus
