Job description

Responsibilities:

In this people manager role, you will be responsible for leading the planning vertical with independent charge of one of the signatures.
Managing the S&OP process for the division
Lead and mentor the Demand & Supply planners
Work on People / process and technology in planning space
Lead and drive process improvement initiatives and Process adherence
Lead the demand planning for LP signature
Drive profitability for the business
Drive the forecasting process for Ecommerce

Key Deliverables & KPIs:

Forecast accuracy / BIAS
Service rates
Inventory and Inventory quality
Cost - SLOB / returns / Air freights
Process adherence
Improvement projects
Coaching and Mentoring

Requirements:

You should have 7-8 years professional experience with FMCG / Pharma / retail industry.
The location of the job will be Mumbai - HO
Extensive experience of Handling demand and supply planning in fast paced environment
Well-versed with statistical model and use of analytics
Highly proficient in data handling and Excel
SAP experience must
Should have worked on a planning system (Viz; SAP-APO, IBP , JDA, O9 etc)
Process or system implementation experience would be an added advantage
