Demand Planning Executive (Contractual)

Responsibilities:

• To facilitate the demand planning lead in trend analysis & statistical forecasting for 6 markets and 2 product categories
• To assist the demand planning lead in forecasting process
• Work closely with the regional supply chain team in learning & implementing the best practices.
• Help the demand planning lead to create a robust demand forecasting process with the country business managers and the distributors feeding into IBP and supply planning
• Execute monthly drumbeat meetings with the business teams and distributors on demand forecast with firm orders and out month’s forecast.
• Drive improvement in forecast accuracy & bias through identifying key reasons for accuracy loss
• Handle the MIS for In-market sales , inventory & forecast
• Provide KPI indications to assist management marketing & sales in making the business decisions
• Customer performance report
• Customers delivery report
• Sales analysis report for management and finance team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration , logistics , supply chain or relevant field
• Experience – 0 to 2 years
• Outstanding analytical , problem solving and organizational abilities
• Passion for statistics , trends and numbers
• Nimble learning
