Direct/Indirect Retail Lead

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate frontline logistic set up
• Handle inventory management by store
• Manage replacement stock count and reconciliation processes
• Conduct regular visits to direct retail touchpoints to collect consumers insights and ensure all designed consumer journeys are in place
• Oversee shift planning for brand retailer frontliners
• Conduct regular stock count at brand retail touchpoints to support reconciliation and control processes
• Organize regular on-the-job trainings for brand retail frontliners in collaboration with capability building team
• Ensure on-time and seamless deployment of designed consumer programs
• Deploy aligned customer care service scope in alignment with the customer care team

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in brand retail operations.
• Learning and change agility.
• Organizational and Problem-solving skills.
• Communication and Team collaboration spirit.
• Fluency in English & French both written & spoken.
