Lead Engineer - Quality Assurance Automation

Responsibilities:

• QA Engineer supporting the continued design, development, and quality delivery of Hardware & software applications for the Security domain products
• Write and execute the automated and manual test cases that conform to the technical and functional specifications for Hardware and Software applications.
• Implement, automate, test, and operate advanced software security techniques in compliance with a technical reference architecture
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive set of test cases for Security domain products & enhancements.
• Gain knowledge of processes and tools used for the Test engineering team and apply them as required.
• Document and present test results as per the QA policies and procedures.
• Provides QA guidance and technical support to the product development team.
• Evaluates and recommend technologies and tools.
• Active participation in knowledge transfer and projects
• Involves in Native Mobile Application testing

Requirements:

• Self-starting/self-motivating individual, able to plan and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills especially in leading tasks and activities of large teams.
• Team player mentality with strong facilitation/interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to  continuous process improvement
• Must have good automation testing experience in software, Hardware, and Firmware products.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to a wide variety of cross-functional resources.
• Can handle multiple activities at once to accomplish goals.
• Exchanges information with appropriate people to complete work.
• Knowledge of Rally or any Agile Execution Tool
• Expertise in Appium Studio for Mobile Automation Framework
