Lead .NET Developer

Responsibilities:

• The Lead Applications Developer is responsible for directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications in an Agile Scrum development environment.
• Additionally, you will be expected to provide feedback and suggestions for process and product improvement, act as a technical mentor and adviser and ensure effective communication between team members, Product Owners and other IT functional areas.
• Needs to have experience estimating work and communicating the detail in support of that estimate.
• Good interpersonal skills and must work well within a team environment.
• Must be a highly motivated individual that strives to stay current in technology, adhere to standards, and focus on strategic direction for the organization.

Requirements:

• Experience with Agile Development, .NET and C#, Angular 2 and Object-Oriented Analysis & Design
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines
• Knowledge of Mentoring and Technical Analysis
• Familiarity with Couchbase
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.
