Job description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and user requirements in the Future Workplace domain (Microsoft 365, Adoption & Change Management)
- Translate business requirements into functional architecture
- Design and deliver IT solutions (with varying complexity) for our client customers
- Create detailed design and architecture documentation
- Maintain and report on service delivery and project status
- Provide expert guidance to customers, driving solution architecture, and ensuring solution strategy is optimally aligned with business strategy
- Support project management team and other consultants in the planning, management, and delivery of customer engagements
- Support sales teams with effort estimation, proposal creation and/or review, and other pre-sales activities
- Maintain and acquire advanced level technical certification(s) in assigned area
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Coordinate and hand over repeatable processes to remote service teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of information technology or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Current Microsoft 365 certifications
- Knowledge or experience in any of the following additional specialty areas (preferred but not required):
- Large-scale SharePoint Online or OneDrive for Business migrations
- Experience adhering to compliance standards
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Migration to Office 365 workloads from non-Microsoft platforms (Google, Box, Dropbox, etc.)
- Cloud-based identity solutions (Okta, etc.)
- Migration tools: BitTitan, Mover.io, Sharegate, etc.
- Security assessments and best practices
- Knowledge of other Cloud Services would be an advantage
