SAP Consultant - MFG to Stock

Responsibilities:

• Track record of supporting systems with global implementations
• Coordinate with all stake holders to drive end to end solutions, bring value delivery, provide day to day support/trouble shooting issues. 
• Lead business discussions to collect the requirements, prepare business documentation, design, configure, test solutions.  
• Provide subject matter expertise with SAP best practices 
• Analyze existing business processes and design optimized solutions using SAP functionalities for Manufacturing to Stock scenarios.
• Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and SAP functionalities within the Manufacturing to Stock environment
• SAP Manufacturing, (Production Planning and PP variant configuration, and other PP integration areas)
• PP-Planned Orders, Production Orders, Production Versions
• SAP QM-Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups
• Master Data- Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Recipes, routings
• MRP and capacity/demand planning
• Make to Order and Make to stock scenarios
• SAP PP integration areas with other SAP modules specifically MM and SD 
• MRP - Configuration and Integration with Procurement, SD
• Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing
• Quality Management - Quality in Production, In process inspection, Calibration 
• SAP WM processes and integration points with PP, QM, SD and FICO modules
• SAP WM - Put away, Batch Management, bin to bin transfer, delivery picking, PGI, Shelf life , Stock Management, Labeling, Hand held devices  

Requirements:

• 16 years educations Is mandatory-
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing to Stock (PP+ QM+WM)
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning
• Global implementations + roll outs across multiple geographies 
• Excellent business communication drives the business calls.
• Hands on experience in SAP system for all required actives 
• Experience using SAP ECC is must , Experience of SAP PP in S/4 HANA nice to have skill
• Hands on Experience in end-to-end implementation, support, data migration and roll out of projects in all phases of design, implementation, and testing.
• Knowledge of supply chain management areas MM and SD
• Good awareness of SAP industry best practices in the PP+QM+QM area
• Experience in Data Migration/Cutover activities such as master & transaction data.
• Must have Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestiture projects experience. 
• Experience all modules of Manufacturing to Stock along with cross functional integration for MM, QM, WM,SD. 
• ABAP Debugging knowledge is added advantage  
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Proactively identify areas for process improvements.
• Flexible with working in shifts per business demand & overtime .
