Responsibilities:

Existing product sustaining – Product technology related:

• Solve product technical issues during production
• Support customer requirements, such as application, testing, verification.
• Support supplier issues. 
• Product redesign per request. 
• Cost reduction opportunity finding and execution.

New product introduction:

• Working with project team to make sure new product can be launched in factory smoothly. 
• Working with development team to make sure all the technical issues have been solved before moving to factory and all the documents / records have been ready. 
• Involve new product development activities in early stage and share with development engineer for technical issues during production of similar products. 

Product extension: 

• Extend existing product lines to meet customer’s requirements.
• Lead extend project.
• Other work assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree at mechanical related. 
• At least 8 years’ experience for product development / 
• Strong multi-tasks management capability for planning and execution. 
• Independent product design capability for connectors. 
• Good ability for trouble shooting, data analysis, product improvement. 
• Strong communication skills. 
• Be familiar with connector manufacturing process. 
• Experience to work with factory. 
• Fluent English.
