Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily market visits to ensure fundamentals are applied across top stores.
• Support enhancing the scores of Perfect Store universe by monitoring Planogram and Shelf Share implementation.
• Enhance the visibility and shopper journey across channels by implementing Category Branding, On Shelf / Off shelf visibility displays and store takeover.
• Ensure monthly activations are executed as per the plan, including in-store activations and POSM deployment.
• Align and brief agencies on activation requirements, ensuring all assets are produced and delivered on time.
• Create post-activity reports, including compliance report and activation proof of performance.
• Manage POSM assets deployment and inventory.
• Engage with Key Account Managers and merchandising team to ensure excellence in in-store & BTL activations and delivery of customer marketing plans.
• Take lead on NPDs/ New product launches and align with all stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor and report competitive activities in the market.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have 2- 5 years of experience.
• Location : Jeddah
• Looking for a candidate with experience into Trade marketing /brand activation / category management
• Candidate must have Modern trade background in Saudi
• Looking for a candidate with language : Arabic
• Candidate must have FMCG Expereince
