QA Tester

Software Engineering Lead

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide technical support and maintenance for CLS (ACBS) environments, ensuring high availability and performance.</li><li>Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues related to ACBS.</li><li>Support and troubleshoot ACBS-related batch processes, data interfaces, and connectivity components.</li><li>Work closely with project managers and architects to provide technical input on integration and migration strategies.</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of data migrations, system integrations, and environment upgrades.</li><li>Monitor system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.</li><li>Document technical procedures, issue resolutions, and configuration settings.</li></ul> Requirements: Experience: <ul><li>2–5 years of experience supporting ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) environments, especially CLS configurations.</li><li>Strong understanding of ACBS architecture, batch jobs, workflows, and system integration points.</li><li>Experience in integration and migration projects, preferably within banking or financial services.</li><li>Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Shell), SQL, and basic middleware configurations.</li><li>Familiarity with interface technologies like REST, SOAP, MQ, or file-based integrations.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Knowledge of ACBS-related modules such as loan servicing, collateral management, or credit facilities.</li><li>Experience working in environments with Agile or DevOps methodologies.</li><li>Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) is a plus</li></ul> Educational Qualification: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop detailed test plans based on project requirements and specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide feedback on quality standards, usability, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Automates test scenarios and expected outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing.</li><li>Conducts comprehensive testing and risk-based assessments of the testing objects.&nbsp;</li><li>He/She uses source documentation as input and contributes to the planning and implementation of testing activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Leads testing components of large and complex projects, assigns tasks, provides direction to resources, and reports progress to project stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>He/She creates and selects tools and methodologies for review and approval by management.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree or International equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelors Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related field - Preferred&nbsp;</li><li>comprehensive knowledge of technical skills, principles, practices, and procedures of testing methodologies and working knowledge in planning, designing, and conducting QA reviews and inspections.&nbsp;</li><li>He/She provides expertise for key business functions and supporting technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides mentorship and expertise in technologies and processes for Information Services Management (ISM) and Quality Assurance (QA).&nbsp;</li><li>He/She maintains an awareness of emerging technologies to ensure a competitive advantage.</li><li>Experience with both web and client/server based testing</li><li>Minimum 8 Years of Relevant Experience in IT Test Automation.</li><li>Should have strong Mainframe testing [CICS, JCL, DB2, Cobol]</li><li>Must be able to test and debug batch jobs (JCL).</li><li>Must be able to perform backend testing by executing SQL queries.</li><li>Expertise in APIs &amp; Web Services testing</li><li>Hands-on experience in Selenium, TestNG and Cucumber frameworks</li><li>Good in test execution reporting skills</li><li>Expertise in Test Cases Design and Test Data management</li><li>Expertise in tools like PostMan, SOAP UI, WinSCP, Oracle, Jenkins, GitHub and AppDynamics.</li><li>Should be well versed with Agile testing and Continuous Testing</li><li>Experience with Test Management tools</li><li>Knowledge on AZURE DEVOPS&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of SAFe Agile methodologies</li><li>Should be solution-oriented and have problem solving aptitude</li><li>Should have excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Knowledge on Logistics domain will be an advantage</li><li>Good to have Performance Testing experience.</li><li>Knowledge on JMeter / Performance center will be an advantage.</li><li>Any certifications in test automation</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Software Engineer Lead will be in a position to serve as a subject matter expert for a specific team of Software Engineers.</li><li>In addition to writing code on complex systems and applications, this position provides direction on project plans, schedules, and methodologies.</li><li>The position has direct reports. Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.</li><li>Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.</li><li>Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.</li><li>Resolve complex technical issues as necessary. Mentor and/or train entry-level software engineers as directed by department management, ensuring they are knowledgeable in critical aspects of their roles.</li><li>Keep abreast of new technology developments. Design and work with complex data models.
