Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist advisor(s) in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions as described by the advisor.</li><li>Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, entering data into contact manager, building the agenda and summary of meetings, escorting clients to advisor meeting and providing vital follow-up.</li><li>Ensure new business paperwork is submitted efficiently which includes preparation of forms and documentation for submission to home office, acquisition of appropriate signatures, tracking of new insurance applications and coordination of rollovers.</li><li>Coordinate marketing events which include organizing the event, contacting vendors, finalizing event details, crafting marketing compliance documentation and managing event marketing reimbursement.</li><li>Provide general administrative duties such as answering the advisors’ phone, processing expense management reports, preparing routine client correspondence, supporting closes, setting up client documents and new business correspondence and alerts. </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent.</li><li>3 - 5 years relevant experience required.</li><li>Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.</li><li>State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.</li><li>Experience working in a client service environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented, strong math, and analytical skills. Good organization and time management skills.</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively. Able to independently work with minimal direct supervision.</li><li>Able to communicate with all levels within the organization. Process oriented and can work with a team.</li><li>Strong computer and software skills. Preferred Qualifications:</li><li>State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.</li><li>Life, Accident, and Health licenses &amp; Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Logistics Management <ul><li>Act as point of contact with freight forwarders for logistics execution</li><li>Point of contact for responsible suppliers to ensure deliveries on time for customers&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly monitoring of the shipments and updating arrivals in BI.&nbsp;</li><li>Dispatch planning considering product availability from suppliers and shipping schedules shared by freight forwarders.</li></ul> Performance Management <ul><li>Measuring all KPIs for internal teams to help running sessions to develop action plan for continuous improvement.</li><li>Managing performance reviews for logistics partners (monthly &amp; quarterly)</li><li>Running supply reviews and performance for product suppliers.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum, Master’s Degree an advantage</li><li>2-3 years’ minimum of Supply chain planning</li><li>Analytical &amp; Demand Planning&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of success&nbsp;</li><li>Good in English proficiency&nbsp;</li><li>Energetic, creative, self-motivated, team motivated, result oriented and sense of ownership.&nbsp;</li><li>Placement in Bangkok, Thailand</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Grow sales (volume &amp; value mix), market share and weighted distribution within scope.</li><li>Drive ABC strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, promotion adherence, etc.</li><li>Build integrated business plans to drive sales within scope and engage all stakeholders for execution.</li><li>Optimize portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to attain maximum value creation.</li><li>Build the “ABC” brand name to give consumers compelling reasons to choose our brand over competing brands</li><li>Lead top-to-top relationship management with key customers in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Data-driven. Thoroughly understand SELL-OUT and SELL-IN data to derive insights &amp; identify opportunities to grow.</li><li>Ensure effective D&amp;A Management in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Ensure accurate/correct monthly forecasts are submitted ahead of deadline with the objective/ intention to achieve the forecast accuracy target.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum</li><li>10 years’ minimum of Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor)</li><li>which covers both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Experience as Nation Sales Manager or related from MNC companies or global food &amp; beverages or consumer brands is preferable.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Direct &amp; Indirect Tax Compliance: <ul><li>Lead monthly, quarterly and annual compliance for corporate income tax, TDS/TCS, GST and other indirect taxes.</li><li>Oversee preparation and filing of income tax returns, GST returns and related statutory filings within timelines.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of tax provisioning, reconciliations and workpapers for statutory and internal reporting.</li><li>International Taxation</li></ul> Transfer Pricing: <ul><li>Own transfer pricing policy and documentation (Master File, Local File), benchmarking studies and intercompany pricing reviews.</li><li>Manage TP audits, coordinate APAs/MAPs and defend positions before tax authorities.</li></ul> Audit, Assessments &amp; Dispute Management: <ul><li>Manage tax audits/assessments, prepare responses and coordinate with external counsel/advisors.</li><li>Track litigations, maintain position papers, risk assessments and provisions as required.</li></ul> Advisory &amp; Controls: <ul><li>Provide tax inputs for business initiatives, contracts, M&amp;A, restructurings and product pricing.</li><li>Implement and maintain tax policies, internal controls and SOPs to mitigate risk.</li></ul> Process, Team &amp; Stakeholder Management: <ul><li>Coordinate with accounting, payroll and legal for information and cohesive execution.</li><li>Communicate tax positions and risks to finance controller and tax head</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years progressive experience in India taxation covering direct tax, GST, international tax and transfer pricing.</li><li>Proven experience in a corporate tax function, Big Four or reputable tax advisory firm.</li><li>Experience handling tax audits, assessments, litigation support and interactions with tax authorities.</li><li>Experience with tax provisions under Ind AS/IFRS preferred.</li><li>Having certifications related to taxation is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); fluent in English</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills with the ability to operate with a team, customer service, and leadership mentality</li><li>Ability to effectively lead, manage, and prioritize multiple projects, while operating in a fast-paced, complex global organization with shifting schedules and priorities</li><li>Solid working experience and knowledge of SAP, BI tools and office software (Excel).</li></ul>

Credit Card Mobile team develops and manages the end-to-end mobile experiences around Company's revolving consumer credit products in the United States and foreign markets.Your way to impact: You will build and contribute to high-performing systems in close partnerships with various teams. You will also possess keen judgment in selecting technologies and building the right solution for the meaningful challenges we get to tackle here. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high performing, reusable Swift code and stay current with the newest mobile technologies. Provide and receive feedback on code through pull requests and regular reviews of processes. Work with product owners to crystallize the technical needs during grooming and planning meetings. You will also work with engineering managers, engineers, and partner teams to develop innovative solutions. Define and develop processes, tools and methodologies to achieve excellence in software development, testing, and deployment, follow coding standards and guidelines with attention to performance, scalability, and availability.  Requirements:At least 5+ years of iOS development experience with Swift programming skills. Understanding of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. Experience building iOS applications connected to APIs – RESTful and GraphQL. Practical knowledge of iOS architecture. Experience with a version control system and the processes that come with committing, reviewing, and merging code across a team. Basic Qualifications: A solid grounding in Computer Science & UI Design fundamentals. 2-3 years of experience building successful production software systems
