Detailed Description: <ul><li>Responsible for&nbsp;designing and developing solid code in Node.js or .Net or Java – dependable, scalable, and reliable software applications.</li><li>Able to learn other technologies like Angular, JavaScript and Python and support ongoing development effort on existing applications</li><li>Lead a small team of developers with design decisions and ensure that all code meets design/coding standards and meets business requirements.</li><li>Responsible for the development and delivery of effective user interfaces across multiple devices include mobile devices &amp; tablets that support different browsers like Chrome, IE &amp; Firefox and Operating systems like iOS &amp; Android.</li><li>Responsible for creating and modifying database schema - both relational and NoSQL.</li><li>Responsible for creating and modifying restful APIs and microservices.</li><li>Document development guidelines, code reviews, architecture, and detailed design diagrams for web applications.</li><li>Ensure quality and timely response to business requests for data and reporting</li><li>Monitor and validate real time data, identify drilling trends, irregularities or deviations and present findings, develop process improvements that improve data quality, drive efficiency, mitigate risk, or provide value to the organization</li><li>Ability to interact with multiple levels within an organization.</li></ul> Job Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent software development skills in&nbsp;Node.js, .NET or&nbsp;Java - object oriented solutions with a good understanding of standard design patterns</li><li>Hands on&nbsp;experience with web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks</li><li>Experience with docker and containerized deployments</li><li>Experience in different databases - relational databases and No SQL databases</li><li>Experience in DevOps, Agile Methodologies</li><li>Experienced in responsive design techniques to support multiple devices like Desktops/Laptops and Mobile devices including Tablets.</li><li>Service Oriented Architecture/Web Services -&nbsp;SOAP/REST, Web Technologies like HTML, CSS, and markup Languages like XML and JSON</li><li>Proven abilities working within large, complex projects focused on end-to-end business flows thru multiple systems</li><li>Ability to learn other technologies, work with existing / 3rd&nbsp;party software and develop code/APIs to be embedded or integrated into other applications or frameworks</li><li>Ability to build, package and deploy the applications using continuous integration, with automated unit tests</li><li>Comfortable delivering presentations to a wide range of audiences including employees, managers, and external customers</li><li>Ability to travel to regional locations and customer offices as required</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field</li><li>At least 6 to 8 years of solid experience in Node.js, Java or .Net technologies</li><li>1+ years of experience of web development - CSS, Java Script frameworks and front-end UI development tools</li><li>2+ years of experience with&nbsp;Service Oriented Architecture/Web Services -&nbsp;SOAP/REST, Web Technologies like HTML5, CSS. Markup Languages like XML and JSON</li><li>1+ year of experience with Docker - imaging and builds</li><li>3+ years of experience with&nbsp;relational databases and No SQL databases</li><li>1+ years of experience with No SQL/Time Series databases</li><li>At least 1 year of experience working with Linux</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>AWS IoT, Lambda, SQS or other cloud services</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Experienced in responsive design techniques to support multiple devices like Desktops/Laptops and Mobile devices including Tablets.</li><li>Web development experience using responsive design with HTML5, Angular, and Kendo frameworks</li><li>Experience in Oil &amp; Gas / drilling industry</li></ul> Additional Details:The Lead Software Developer must work with an emphasis on individual safety and safety for others, including coworkers and third parties. Compliance to companys safety policies and procedure is mandatory. This position could require an occasional visit to the rigs, yards and field offices.&nbsp;Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone and other office equipment. Occasional travel to other Company offices and work sites, often in remote locations, is required during normal operating conditions (day/night, outdoor hot/cold weather), and employee will be expected to properly use designated personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities: <ul><li>You will be a key contributor to the design, development and implementation of Mobile applications for large scale Building Automation Systems applications. This position will focus on new development of applications as well as maintenance and stewardship of existing applications. This position requires the ability to work under minimal direction in collaboration with a team of engineers to design and develop robust system solutions that meet defined system requirements.</li><li>We’re a collaborative bunch, so you’ll contribute to all phases of the SDLC, from design to implementation, testing and release</li><li>You will work closely with Scrum teams to deliver products on time with quality</li><li>You’ll also coordinate with leads to understand and maintain an in-depth understanding of the current and upcoming requirements for proposed releases</li><li>We work in a fast-moving agile set-up, so expect to pitch in with other responsibilities from time to time.</li><li>You should be hands-on working closely with your peers in development and testing to deliver to customer requirements. You will be responsible for below critical functions in helping we design leading products</li><li>Design and develop new features according to product functional specification and design requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to co-ordinate with QA team on test plans and strategies.</li><li>Able to meet project plans for application development activities of a project; prioritizing work to accomplish demanding changes.</li><li>Ensuring defects are reviewed on a regular basis and resolved in the required timeframe</li><li>Must be aware and able to work in Agile, Incremental or spiral development methodology</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA</li><li>5-8 years relevant experience on Mobile development on Android and iOS platform</li><li>Must have experience in Android Java / Kotlin/Swift Languages&nbsp;</li><li>Must have experience in hybrid mobile app development i.e. React Native (JS/TS)</li><li>Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability</li><li>Debugging / Bug fixing and improving application performance</li><li>Strong experience in dealing with different tools (Android Studio / XCode) and development methodologies (Agile, TDD)</li><li>Preferred knowledge of communicating with other devices peripherals over Bluetooth / NFC / RFID / WiFi / Other communication mechanisms.</li><li>Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON</li><li>Experience with third-party libraries and APIs</li><li>Must have ability to organize large-scale front-end mobile application codebases using common mobile design patterns</li><li>Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency</li><li>Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies</li></ul>
