Responsibilities: <ul><li>Depending on home location, travel to our locations in Asia or the US, partnering with our teams around the globe to create a roadmap of systems and process integration with the goal of a more standardized approach to financial reporting and analytics across the enterprise</li><li>Be a Change Leader.&nbsp;Partner with IBU Leadership, company Finance, and IT to drive initiatives for clear business reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Create a roadmap for previously acquired businesses to be fully integrated into the enterprise, with a standardized approach to driving business decisions</li><li>Partner with IBU Finance Leadership to develop a future state financial team structure with clearly defined roles, responsibilities and expectations aligned with enterprise strategy execution</li><li>Clearly define commercial spend types in the IBU P&amp;L, and implement a plan for standardization and optimization of accounting for the different kinds of market investment leading to a clearer picture of investment return</li><li>Establish a framework for current and future state master data needs to support clear, consistent reporting</li><li>Define procedures and reporting needs to get to a clear profitability picture across the enterprise at the product and customer level</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization&nbsp;</li><li>Continuously learn the business including competitive landscape and operational strategies as you work with members across functions to establish future state system, people, and process support needs</li><li>Partner with finance and international IBP (Integrated Business Planning) leadership to create a roadmap and execution plan to align systematic forecasting across company&nbsp;</li><li>Participate on various project teams as needed</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required</li><li>Seven or more (7+) years of accounting and finance experience required; experience in strong finance business partnering cross-functionally in an international environment preferred</li><li>Strong systems background – ability to connect business needs to system and process.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP including Business Planning and Consolidation tools and Power BI preferred.</li><li>Experience and passion for creating a vision of the future through leading, coaching and mentoring others</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: <ul><li>Collaborate with the CEO to set and drive the organizational vision and operational strategy.</li><li>Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.</li><li>Oversee the company’s overall operations, including finance, IT, legal, and HR, ensuring a highly inclusive culture.</li><li>Hire team with right capabilities, develop and mentor them to achieve objectives</li></ul> Operational Management: <ul><li>Oversee operations, HR, and accounting.</li><li>Partner with the CEO in sales management to ensure sufficient investment capital for growth targets.</li><li>Build and maintain trusting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.</li><li>Planning and achieving month on month business and sales goals.</li></ul> Financial Oversight: <ul><li>Oversee financial data and recommend solutions to improve profitability.</li><li>Maintain and manage the Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) sheet for the business unit.</li><li>Closely monitor budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.</li><li>Preparing pricing offers, public and private procurements tenders and projects</li></ul> Market and Business Development: <ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the medical devices business to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.</li><li>Enhance brand positioning, engage key opinion leaders, and promote products effectively.</li><li>Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential challenges in the competitive environment.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.</li><li>A good understanding and familiarization of the clinical Medical Device environment, competitor products – Preferably in ultrasound business</li><li>Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, partner relationship management, and identifying new revenue opportunities.</li><li>Strategic planning and execution capabilities.</li><li>Experience in market development and awareness.</li><li>Expertise in revenue generation and P&amp;L management.</li><li>Competence in Key Account Management (KAM) and operations management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Experience: <ul><li>Experience: 10-15 years in the medical devices industry.</li><li>Demonstrated success in sales and marketing of medical devices.</li><li>Strong background in P&amp;L management.</li><li>Ability to stabilize current business operations and deliver on set objectives.</li></ul>&nbsp;
