Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing &amp; Experience Manager to drive brand visibility, storytelling, and guest engagement for the conservancy.</li><li>This is a unique, purpose-driven role that combines:</li><li>Marketing strategy &amp; execution</li><li>Event and experience creation</li><li>Content and brand storytelling</li><li>You will play a key role in bringing the conservancy’s story to life across all touchpoints—both digital and on-ground.</li></ul> Responsibilities: 1. Media, Digital &amp; Content <ul><li>Manage website updates, newsletters, and content calendars</li><li>Drive social media presence and digital campaigns</li><li>Create engaging written, visual, and video content</li><li>Monitor performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions)</li><li>Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent across channels</li></ul> 4. Events &amp; Partnerships <ul><li>Plan and execute key events, exhibitions, and fundraising initiatives</li><li>Coordinate with partners, agencies, and stakeholders</li><li>Support partnership communications and joint initiatives</li><li>Manage PR and social media agencies effectively</li></ul> 5. Stakeholder &amp; Relationship Management <ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams (operations, education, finance)</li><li>Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors</li><li>Act as a central point connecting marketing with on-ground teams</li></ul> Requirements: Experience <ul><li>5+ years in marketing, brand, events, or agency roles</li><li>Background in FMCG, experiential marketing, hospitality, or NGOs preferred&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Grow sales (volume &amp; value mix), market share and weighted distribution within scope.</li><li>Drive ABC strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, promotion adherence, etc.</li><li>Build integrated business plans to drive sales within scope and engage all stakeholders for execution.</li><li>Optimize portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to attain maximum value creation.</li><li>Build the “ABC” brand name to give consumers compelling reasons to choose our brand over competing brands</li><li>Lead top-to-top relationship management with key customers in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Data-driven. Thoroughly understand SELL-OUT and SELL-IN data to derive insights &amp; identify opportunities to grow.</li><li>Ensure effective D&amp;A Management in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Ensure accurate/correct monthly forecasts are submitted ahead of deadline with the objective/ intention to achieve the forecast accuracy target.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum</li><li>10 years’ minimum of Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor)</li><li>which covers both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Experience as Nation Sales Manager or related from MNC companies or global food &amp; beverages or consumer brands is preferable.</li></ul>

Role Overview:&nbsp; <ul><li>The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development to achieve the sales objectives across the assigned countries in the region through effective distributor network, user demand generation. The role includes building and developing a high-performing local team and ensuring operational excellence to meet business objectives.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; 1. Role Description: <ul><li>The Production Technician II is an advanced-level technician role responsible for sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, with additional expectations for technical troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and active support of qualification activities.</li><li>This position operates in an isolator-based manufacturing environment, works with high potent APIs and controlled substances, and plays a key role in ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety, and site procedures. </li><li>The Production Technician II serves as a technical resource within the production team and supports continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Operate, monitor, and adjust sterile manufacturing equipment for formulation, filling, and packaging of IV bag products in compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety requirements.</li><li>Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment to maintain optimal operating conditions.</li><li>Serve as first-line troubleshooting support for equipment and process issues, escalating to engineering or maintenance as required.</li><li>Support equipment and process qualifications, including protocol review, execution participation, and documentation completion.</li><li>Assist in the creation, revision, and implementation of SOPs and production-related procedures.</li><li>Provide training, guidance, and on-the-job support to Production Technician I personnel.</li><li>Perform cleaning, changeover, and line clearance activities to maintain manufacturing operations.</li><li>Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and production documentation in compliance with data integrity requirements and cGMP practices.</li><li>Review documentation completed by fellow members of the production team.</li><li>Collaborate with Quality Assurance during in-process checks, deviation investigations, and CAPA activities.</li><li>Adhere to DEA and site procedures for controlled substance handling, including documentation and security protocols.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Validation, and Quality to support operational readiness.</li><li>Operate isolator technology, including performing and verifying sanitization steps, and supporting advanced troubleshooting.</li><li>Ensure controlled substances are handled, documented, and stored per DEA and site requirements.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications/Experience <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification in a mechanical, engineering, or life sciences discipline preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing in areas of compounding, filling, inspection, and secondary packaging.</li><li>Experience with sterile products or IV bag production preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with hands-on equipment troubleshooting and maintenance skills.</li><li>Knowledge of cGMP, aseptic processing, and controlled substance handling requirements.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with automated production equipment utilizing HMI or SCADA interface required.</li><li>Experience with isolator-based manufacturing strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience reading and following technical documents such as SOPs, maintenance procedures, electrical drawings, equipment arrangements, piping diagrams, and qualification protocols</li></ul> Skills/Competencies <ul><li>Demonstrated problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Ability to mentor and train less experienced technicians.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Commitment to safety, quality, and data integrity.</li><li>At home working in cleanroom environments with PPE requirements.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise daily financial data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and prepare and post journal entries along with general ledger account reconciliations.</li><li>Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, making necessary adjustments to capture all financial activities and facilitate the Record to Report process by supplying detailed financial data for management review.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of general accounting &amp; reporting analysts with 5-20 direct and indirect reports, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.</li><li>Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, providing insightful reports and conducting financial variance analysis to deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.</li><li>Review financial reports that ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations while collaborating with various departments to integrate financial data and streamline processes.</li><li>Act as the primary contact for statutory reporting, working closely with external auditors and consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy, and assist in audit preparations by providing necessary data and reports.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize general accounting &amp; reporting process</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant internal policy, accounting standards and regulations related to general accounting.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy</li><li>7 + years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting</li><li>2 + years in a management role</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills</li><li>CPA designation</li></ul>
