Primary Function: <ul><li>The Global Business Services (GBS) Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving the efficiency and productivity targets for GBS process areas and providing a path to value through various initiatives with a heavy focus on digital solutions and automation.&nbsp;</li><li>The Continuous Improvement Manager will facilitate ideation sessions, apply Kellanova Work Systems principles of value stream mapping and lean six sigma to drive standard ways of working in the process.&nbsp;</li><li>This role will be responsible for process catalogs, process mapping, governance of desktop procedures, and is the primary gatekeeper of standard ways of working within GBS.</li><li>A critical component of the role will be monetization of the value created through process efficiencies and digital solutions as well as scalability and standardization globally.</li><li>This role will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, operations, and business partners, to identify and prioritize the opportunities and challenges, and propose and implement effective solutions.</li><li>This role will follow standard ways of working to monitor and evaluate the results and impact of initiatives and share best practices and lessons learned</li></ul> Dimensions: <ul><li>Responsible for delivering digital solutions for GBS and driving automation, process intelligence, and analytics through organization</li><li>Own the platform architecture for GBS digital capabilities in process intelligence, automation and analytics to set GBS up for future growth and maturity across technologies</li><li>Governance of technology budget, roadmap, and metrics/measurement of digital tools in collaboration with operational results and future value stream identification</li><li>Ownership of the Digital/Data Center of Excellence to create digital kreators through GBS to make digital ways of working a part of our DNA &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>As a Tax Manager in our team, you will work as a business partner and provide support in areas such as:</li><li>Manage and support preparation of annual corporate income tax return, VAT, economic substance reporting etc.</li><li>Oversee preparation of transfer pricing documentation in collaboration with external advisor and Tax Director</li><li>Ensure robust tax compliance processes are in place across the countries in the region</li><li>Ensures effective and timely reporting to internal stakeholders</li><li>Support with the periodic and annual direct and indirect tax reporting to the authorities</li><li>Support with the periodic and annual reporting to the Group Tax department.</li><li>Closely monitor changes to tax legislation across the region and advise on the impact of the new legislation on the Business</li><li>Support with identifying opportunities to optimize tax positions and to mitigate tax risks</li><li>Support with the management and response to Tax audits initiated by the tax authorities</li><li>Support with the implementation of relevant tax updates</li><li>Interacts effectively and works closely with the Tax community as well as other functions (accountants, controllers, legal, IT etc.)</li><li>Provide training as needed to relevant stakeholders within Finance, Accounting, Internal Control and other departments.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A Masters degree in Tax Law, international Business Law, CPA, CTA or ACCA is preferred.</li><li>7+ years of relevant working experience within Big 4 or international Business environment (FMCG experience is preferred).</li><li>Extensive knowledge of GCC and international tax legislations is required</li><li>Exposure to Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Transfer pricing is required</li><li>Knowledge of import, export procedures and Free zones schemes</li><li>Proactive attitude toward problem-solving</li><li>Excellent analytical and communication skills both verbal and written</li><li>Fluent communication in English. Arabic is highly preferred, enabling you to seamlessly interact with stakeholders across the GCC.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: <ul><li>Present structured content in a way that inspires participants toward greatness.</li><li>Conduct leadership, management, and supervisory courses and learning content (in person and virtually).</li><li>Successfully complete and maintain certifications.</li><li>Continually gain up-to-date knowledge on leadership, management, and supervisory soft skills.</li><li>Collaborate with other learning professionals in the development of new course material.</li><li>Review curriculum and make recommendations on utilizing state-of-the-art training aids and techniques, including digital and interactive training systems</li><li>Assist in other divisional activities either directly or indirectly related to divisional training.</li><li>Under the direction of the supervisor, conduct classroom training and assist in field training activities.</li><li>Be an effective team member who consistently practices proven characteristics of effective teaming.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>As a successful candidate you should have a Bachelor Degree in Human resource discipline. Master degree is preferred</li><li>Have 6 to 10 years of experience in the delivery of training programs focused on leadership, management, and professional development.</li><li>Have experience in preparing a classroom learning environment and conducting training for 5 to 100 participants.</li><li>Have proven experience as a workshop facilitator delivering leadership, management, and supervisory knowledge and skills.</li><li>Have experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops.</li><li>Have experience using emerging learning technologies to enhance the learning environment.</li><li>Able to prepare a training classroom environment as well as conduct and evaluate courses.</li><li>Have strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels within the organization and expert ability to effectively manage a classroom environment during training.</li><li>Have strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>
