Job Summary: <ul><li>As a Senior Software Engineer-QA,candidate will be individual contributor in Manual/Automation QA team and also do hand on in writing, Execution the Manual and automation test cases using Test tools and Python Good knowledge of product security and relevant testing.&nbsp;</li><li>This position reports directly to the QA Manager and will work from our Pune office.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Understand the test requirements and getting the team aligned with the same.</li><li>Participating on all technical aspects, interacting with client for all technical inputs and queries.&nbsp;</li><li>Automation and integration of complex processes.</li><li>Work closely with the development team on becoming the SME of the product.</li><li>Strong Testing Fundamentals knowledge, testing tools, reporting and frameworks.</li><li>Build and maintain the automation regression suite for the white box testing of the products.</li><li>Participate in requirement grooming and think form end customer perspective.</li><li>Should own all aspects of Testing, QA Framework for existing Products and Product end-to-end testing across functional, Security and Automation.&nbsp;</li><li>Work in a dynamic Agile environment and come up with solutions to meet project needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with Client and end customers in written and verbal.&nbsp;</li><li>Should be able to interact with client and customers for Escalated Customer Issues/Bugs.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li><li>High levels of motivation with a can-do attitude.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Manual/Automation Testing - DataCom (Networking , Security, L2-L3, L4-L7 Protocols)</li><li>Hands on experience on Networking products Switch Router and Firewall</li><li>Good testing experience in Datacom/IP-Networking/Switching/routing domain.</li><li>Knowledge of Testing tools : IXIA/SPIRENT</li><li>Security testing tool - Nessus, OpenVas, Achilles, Defensics (Any one)</li><li>preferably knowledge / hands on in traffic generation tools such as IXIA or Spirent,</li><li>Performance and scalability testing, security, Penetration testing. packet sniffing tools ,</li><li>Linux/containers Knowledge&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of testing concepts and hands-on experience in functional/sanity/regression testing.</li><li>CI/CD: Jenkins , Github, Bitbucket Actions</li><li>Scripting: Python and/or Shell is a must&nbsp;</li><li>Working experience in Routing protocols such as RIP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS,VRRP</li><li>Good understanding of Management interface such as SNMP, Web, Yang, Netconf, Rest based interfaces etc</li><li>Good understanding of testing concepts and hands-on experience in functional/sanity/regression testing.</li></ul>

The Role:We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer that will be responsible for leading the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of our company's cloud infrastructure within our global data centers. This role demands experience and proficiency with Python and Ruby on Rails. The Engineer will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems and networks while driving automation through innovation. Responsibilities:Develop global standards, process improvements, and promote best practices.Manage large-scale projects by coordinating with internal teams and third-party resources.Provide regular project updates to stakeholders through meetings.Lead the development and maintenance of internal automation scripts using Python and Ruby on Rails.Create comprehensive documentation for projects and workflows.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues on various enterprise servers (Blades, Storage, white label).Facilitate cross-functional communication with other Technical Operations groups.Participate in conference calls and meetings with vendors, suppliers, and team members.Collaborate closely with Data Center Engineers worldwide.Manage enterprise servers distributed globally across data centers.Participate in on-call rotations and be available for emergency situations.Assist with server provisioning and deployment.Send regular reports on server monitoring and other activities.Requirements:Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Proficiency in shell scripting, specifically Python and Ruby on Rails.Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.Expertise in computer hardware and resolving hardware issues on enterprise-level servers.Experience with installing various operating systems (Linux and Windows).Knowledge of cloud systems technologies, such as AWS.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment.Understanding of BIOS, BMC, out-of-band/lights-out server communication methods (IPMI, serial console).Experience with firmware management for all hardware components.Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.Desirable Skills:Knowledge of data center best practices (fault tolerance, cable routing, etc.).Experience with heterogeneous server/network hardware failures and Linux OS/Junos.Experience in data center hardware deployments and building scalable infrastructure.Ability to adapt and drive change in a dynamic environment.A+ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:Project Management:Oversight of all small package and Mail Innovation project scheduling.Collaborates with region project managers to approve or request submission facility revisions.Participates in corporate project bid reviews.Conducts weekly staffing meeting to ensure proper integrator assignments.Impacted groups include Integrations, Data Acquisitions, Electrical, PLC/HMI, and Reporting.Manages deployment schedules and resources to meet service level needs and to deliver results. Leads product assessments, planning, design, and deployments to evaluate risk. Acts as a liaison to I.S. partners to manage release schedules and to communicate activities and progress. Manages post-release reviews to measure results. Verifies implementations to ensure release processes and procedures are applied effectivelyContinuously maintains current item costs and estimate calculations.Completes 35 to 45 estimates per year as requested by the Systems Design Group.Impacted groups include Integrations, Data Acquisitions, PLC/HMI, and Reporting.Hardware Procurement:Determines hardware requirements for all projects (from servers to cables).Coordinates with PPD to procure required hardware for all projects.Collaborates weekly on PPD Region/District status meetings.Reviews procurement process with site Project Managers.Impacted groups include Integrations, Data Acquisitions, PLC/HMI, and Reporting.Cost Tracking:Oversees OT project cost tracking.Provides cost detail as requested to site Project Managers.Impacted groups include Integrations, Data Acquisitions, and Reporting.Facility Data Transitions:Ensures site HST1s (Server Provisioning) are completed.Conducts facility LAN review meetings as needed (Flat/Layer 3).Oversees project site IP address creation.Reviews/approves project site IP address additions and corrections.Impacted groups include Integrations, Data Acquisitions, PLC/HMI, and ReportingProject Forecasting:Performs discovery for future projects from sources including corporate project bid reviews, estimate requests, and individual contacts.Documents and maintains findings in detail.Utilizes findings to aid in Data Acquisitions contracts and annual DSC staffing calculations.Manages, plans, and administers installation and decommissioning activities to expedite initiatives. Drafts and maintains policy, standards, and procedures to document processes. Manages team training to optimize resources. - Responsibilities:Implement Jenkins pipelines with modern CI/CD workflows.Create properly tuned alerts and dashboards to effectively monitor infrastructure and service health in production.Champion and leverage Infrastructure as Code technologies as a way of life.Contribute strongly to cloud migration efforts, bringing more and more capabilities into our standard AWS infrastructure.Write scripts and automated tests to ensure the resilience and quality.Manage Services/servers on private cloud and tune them to be reliable and scalable.Configuring and tuning Postgres instances for high availability and security hardening.Innovate and champion improvements in QE and CI/CD processes and tools.Requirements:Domain experience in Quality Engineering and/or DevOps/SREUnderstanding of CI/CD principles, automation technologies, and associated tools and how to optimize them for Private and public cloud.Hands-on experience deploying, scaling, monitoring, and maintaining services in AWS. Experience with configuring, managing, scaling and monitoring of services running on Linux based servers.Solid scripting/automation experience, with command of two or more scripting languages used for SRE/DevOps and/or Test Automation.Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills that enable you to work effectively across teams.Bias for action and problem solving – eagerness to take initiative and make things happen.
