Responsibilities: You will make an impact in the following way: Advanced Troubleshooting:&nbsp; <ul><li>Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to the cloud application, involving in-depth of the application architecture and infrastructure.</li></ul> Root Cause Analysis:&nbsp; <ul><li>Conduct thorough root cause analyses for recurring issues, implement preventive measures, and provide insights for continuous improvement.</li></ul> Automation and Scripting:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and utilize scripts and automation tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention in issue resolution.</li></ul> Documentation:&nbsp; <ul><li>Maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and resolutions to facilitate sharing and future reference.</li></ul> Customer Communication:&nbsp; <ul><li>Effectively communicate with customers, providing clear and timely updates on issue resolution progress and collaborating on preventive measures.</li><li>You will be responsible for High Performance, Scalable, Robust, and Secure Common SaaS Framework based on AWS/OCP infrastructure.&nbsp;</li><li>This framework allows customers to configure provision, upgrade &amp; monitor various network functions in carrier grade enterprise &amp; telecom networks.&nbsp;</li></ul> Security and Compliance:&nbsp; <ul><li>Ensure the security of systems and applications, adhere to compliance requirements, and implement best practices for data protection.</li></ul> Collaboration:&nbsp; <ul><li>Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with client’s team to gather the requirements.</li></ul> Training and Mentorship:&nbsp; <ul><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and promote sharing within the organization.</li><li>Troubleshoot and fix any customer issues identified internally or in the production deployments.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5-8 years of Experience in DevOps (Jenkins, AWS services, Kafka, Grafana, elastic search, Bitbucket, Git, Deployment, Documentation, Root Cause Analysis reports, Customer interactions etc)</li><li>Experience with Cloud-native SaaS development &amp; virtualization technologies, for example, AWS, ESXi, KVM, HyperV would be a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive experience in developing distributed system design.</li><li>Prefer experience with microservice architecture, large scale, public cloud, IAM</li><li>Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge in public cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and on-premises setups.</li><li>Good knowledge of analysing backend, frontend code whenever required and able to perform some tests as per customer issues.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tooling like Jenkins etc.</li><li>Experience with version control system like Git, Bitbucket.</li><li>Experience with IaaC (Infrastructure as a Code) tools like Terraform.</li><li>Familiarity with agile development methodologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead and participate in various scrum ceremonies.</li><li>Good knowledge of observability tools like Kibana, Elastic stack, Prometheus stack etc.</li><li>Good knowledge of Linux operating system</li><li>Good knowledge of programming languages like Shell scripting, Python etc.</li><li>Knowledge of REST API, API gateways&nbsp;</li><li>Effective communication skills – written, spoken, listening and presentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Great Team player and experience working with global teams and global organizations.&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent.&nbsp;</li><li>Preferably a master’s degree in computer science.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>You will be part of the Software Platforms Teams, working on the development of in-house cybersecurity device software development for Industrial networks.&nbsp;</li><li>You will be building Firewall software for industrial routers which are complex multicore, multi-threaded software systems supporting high-availability, hundreds of network protocols and delivering high throughput packet forwarding.</li><li>Building brand new products, supporting new features, feature enhancements and sustenance of products across the R&amp;D product portfolio, using device software running on hardware.</li><li>Designing embedded systems and selecting appropriate hardware components.</li><li>Developing low-level software to interact with hardware (device drivers, hardware abstraction layers).</li><li>Implementing real-time operating system (RTOS) features or bare-metal code.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>3-15 years’ experience in a product-based organization developing embedded software for Enterprise, Industrial Automation or Service Providers industry.</li><li>Fundamental level understanding of embedded systems architecture, including microcontrollers, microprocessors, and real-time operating systems.</li><li>Ability to work on complex modular software systems, algorithms and be able to design, code, debug and automate software.</li><li>Good knowledge in C/C++ programming, data structures, Algorithms &amp; debugging tools.</li><li>Good knowledge in Linux based environment, with extensive knowledge of Linux Internals.</li><li>Some hands-on operating systems, IPCs &amp; multi-thread programming experience.</li><li>Advanced working level knowledge of Computer networks and Network protocols in TCP/IP, switching (L2), routing (L3) &amp; security protocols.</li><li>Ability to work with existing code base.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Versioning and Git/GitHub/Bitbucket repository.</li><li>Experience with Unit test strategy and execution.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Python or equivalent scripting languages</li><li>Experience with packet generating and network test tools.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Understand the test requirements and getting the team aligned with the same.&nbsp;</li><li>Participating on all technical aspects, interacting with client for all technical inputs and queries.&nbsp;</li><li>Automation and integration of complex processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the development team on becoming the SME of the product.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong Testing Fundamentals , testing tools, reporting and frameworks.&nbsp;</li><li>Build and maintain the automation regression suite for the white box testing of the products.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in requirement grooming and think form end customer perspective.&nbsp;</li><li>Should own all aspects of Testing, QA Framework for existing Products and Product end-to-end testing across functional, Security and Automation.&nbsp;</li><li>Work in a dynamic Agile environment and come up with solutions to meet project needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with Client and end customers in written and verbal.&nbsp;</li><li>Should be able to interact with client and customers for Escalated Customer Issues/Bugs.&nbsp;</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Manual/Automation Testing - DataCom (Networking , Security, L2-L3, L4-L7 Protocols)&nbsp;</li><li>Hands on experience on Networking products Switch Router and Firewall&nbsp;</li><li>Good testing experience in Datacom/IP-Networking/Switching/routing domain.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of Networking (L2/L3 protocols)&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of Testing tools : IXIA/SPIRENT&nbsp;</li><li>Security testing tool - Nessus, OpenVas, Achilles, Defensics (Anyone)&nbsp;</li><li>preferably knowledge / hands on in traffic generation tools such as IXIA or Spirent,&nbsp;</li><li>Performance and scalability testing, security, Penetration testing. packet sniffing tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Linux/containers Knowledge&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of testing concepts and hands-on experience in functional/sanity/regression testing.&nbsp;</li><li>CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket Actions&nbsp;</li><li>Scripting: Python and/or Shell is a must&nbsp;</li><li>Working experience in Routing protocols such as RIP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS VRRP&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of Management interface such as SNMP, Web, Yang, Netconf, Rest based interfaces etc&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of testing concepts and hands-on experience in functional/sanity/regression testing.</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>High levels of motivation with a can-do attitude.&nbsp;</li></ul>
