Responsibilities: <ul><li>Incident Management: Efficiently assess, investigate, and manage security incidents throughout their lifecycle, determining root cause and impact.</li><li>Log Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of security logs and data to identify and correlate malicious activity.</li><li>Incident Response Leadership: Lead incident response efforts, contribute to the development and maintenance of incident response plans, and coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Technology Evaluation: Conduct thorough Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) assessments of prospective security tools to determine their efficacy and suitability.</li><li>Project Management: Apply project management principles to plan, execute, and monitor the implementation of security tools and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Technical Communication: Articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with diverse teams to facilitate incident resolution and the implementation of security solutions.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and recommend enhancements to prevent future occurrences.</li><li>Security Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools such as EDR and SIEM for in-depth investigations and analysis.</li><li>Availability: Respond to security incidents on a 24x7 basis during escalations and participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including weekends and public holidays.</li><li>Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other cybersecurity-related tasks as directed by team leadership.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>A minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrable experience in cybersecurity incident response.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and fundamental security principles.</li><li>Proven ability to analyze security logs and network traffic effectively.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal).</li><li>Experience in conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) or Proof of Value (PoV) evaluations of security technologies.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge and application of project management principles.</li><li>Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including CrowdStrike EDR and Splunk.</li><li>Relevant professional certifications, such as CISSP, GCIH, or CEH, are highly desirable.</li></ul>

The Role:The objective of the Field Sales Executive (Business Development) is to grow the company revenue, profitability and trading base through achieving a forwarding sales target on an area specific basis. The incumbent will administer field sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion for a defined geographic location in line with the SSA Commercial business strategy, financial objectives and company policies. Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management&nbsp;&nbsp;• Maintain on-going relationships with new and potential customers and sales partners&nbsp;&nbsp;• Partner with relevant to coordinate customer requests and products/ services that are being promoted&nbsp;• Work jointly with operations, offices, partners and affiliates to grow the Freight and Forwarding base in Southern Africa&nbsp;• Establish appropriate internal relationships and communication with relevant functional areas to enhance customer satisfaction, improve service delivery and ensure customer retention.&nbsp;• Seek opportunities for increased and profitable sales on new and existing accounts&nbsp;• Identify and contact prospective customers, assess customer needs and match with own products/ service/ alternative products/ services. New Business (Business Development)&nbsp;• Administer field sales plans and processes to achieve sales objectives and revenue growth for a defined geographic region, product line or market segment&nbsp;• Explore opportunities to for increased and profitable sales on new and existing accounts&nbsp;• Identify and contact prospective customers, assess customer needs and match with own products/ service/ alternative products/ services&nbsp;• Lead and share sales presentations, bids, etc., provide product/ service information and follow up on quotes to close business with the prospect&nbsp;• Responsible for the coordination of sales efforts for the geographic location, and provide information on competitors and suppliers to product management Target achievement (Agreed cost to company target)&nbsp;• The acquisition of new customers&nbsp;&nbsp;• Generation of quality leads&nbsp; Sales Calls&nbsp;• 8 customer engagements per week&nbsp;• Log customer engagements within MDS&nbsp; Data analysis and Reporting&nbsp;• Analyse and report on sales opportunities monthly to understand emerging trends within the market and industry.&nbsp;• Ensuring timeous communication to management on any potential changes within the customer’s business, industry and potential risk&nbsp;&nbsp;• Provide accurate monthly sales pack data to be used within ROSE calculation.&nbsp; MDS Quality&nbsp;• All client records should always be maintained with updated accurate customer details pertaining to:&nbsp;&nbsp;- Customer contact details&nbsp;&nbsp;- Contact name, email, current telephone number and job title&nbsp;&nbsp;- Opportunity naming conventions including correct verticals, sub verticals and revenue products.&nbsp;&nbsp;- Accurate Estimated closing dates&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Accurate Client Revenue projections&nbsp;• Regularly correct issues or problems in existing systems and processes and make minor changes to achieve the enhancements in day-to-day activities.&nbsp; Minimum Requirements:• Excellent Communication and presentation skills.&nbsp;• Strong analytical skills.&nbsp;• Strong Networker.&nbsp;• Team player but also self-sufficient.&nbsp;• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in International Freight Management.&nbsp;• Good understanding of Import/Export procedures and Incoterms.&nbsp;• Good client relationship management, communication and presentation skills.&nbsp;• Valid driver’s License and own vehicle.&nbsp;• Ability to present the company services and group in a professional manner&nbsp;• Willingness to acquire new skills and gain knowledge.&nbsp;• Work well under pressure, adhere to deadlines and be a self-starter.&nbsp;• Ability to work independently and be a team player simultaneously.&nbsp;• Must take ownership of the position, be dedicated and innovative.&nbsp;• Geographical and geopolitical knowledge, ability to interface and communicate with different cultures is essential.&nbsp;• Microsoft office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook&nbsp;• Internet explorer&nbsp;• Matric&nbsp;• Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Marketing Management or similar degree/diploma/qualification (Freight Forwarding Industry).&nbsp;• Microsoft office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Cargo-wise 1.&nbsp;

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinates each Operator’s responsibilities during each shift.</li><li>Monitors the packaging process to ensure schedule is met within standards.</li><li>Conducts final audit of Batch Records, including MAPICS transactions, prior to going to Packaging BR Reconciler; Is qualified and capable of running all packaging equipment across the entire packaging department.</li><li>Conducts preliminary review of all daily Batch Production Record (BPR) for the line and logbook documentation to ensure detail and accuracy.</li><li>Accurately reviews BPRs steps for completeness and accuracy.</li><li>Request components, labels and inserts per the BPR.</li><li>Set up packaging machinery; accurately sets equipment programming according to BPRs and SOPs.</li><li>Conduct basic set ups, starts, operates, adjusts, troubleshoots and tears down packaging lines.</li><li>Conduct sampling: Collects samples from each batch and submits to QA for retained samples.</li><li>Executes procedures to complete tasks in a compliant and safe manner.</li><li>Conducts verification of line/equipment cleaning and documents per SOP.</li><li>Executes procedures used to clean pharmaceutical packaging equipment and facilities.</li><li>Competently conducts Master Cleans and Line Clearances.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 or 12 hour shifts), lift at least 35 pounds, climb ladders, wear a dust mask or respirator and pass associated respirator tests and/or requirements, and be able to wear all required PPE, including safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety shoes.</li><li>Dexterity - ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.</li><li>Vision - ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).</li><li>Multi-limb Coordination - ability to coordinate two or more limbs (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while sitting or standing.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Operates pharmaceutical production machinery and follows the procedures for manufacturing such as weighing, blending, dispensing, mixing, coating, encapsulating, granulating, drying, milling, blending, compressing, potent compound, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Meets the requirements for use of manufacturing equipment and other commonly used equipment per SOPs.</li><li>Executes written SOPs to ensure the purity of materials involved in the manufacturing process.</li><li>Properly uses all scales, including printouts, zeroing, setting tares, and daily calibration verification per SOPs.</li><li>Examines manufacturer Product ID Labels, Quality Control release tags, and Batch Production Record to verify issued/staged raw materials can be released for production.</li><li>Learns and performs master cleans/surface cleans of manufacturing equipment and facilities according to established SOPs.</li><li>Executes machine change-overs from batch to batch.</li><li>Requires oversight and double-checking; is typically paired with a Qualified Manufacturing Operator.</li><li>Learns sampling techniques.</li><li>Learns, understands and runs processes to meet the assigned schedule and standards/routers; when this is not achieved, may participate in the debriefing session to understand the reasons why and what needs to be corrected moving forward.</li><li>Completes documentation associated with manufacturing processes (e.g. batch record, protocols, and logbooks) with detail and accuracy.</li><li>Meets requirements for entries on all applicable batch production pages, completion and attachment of all dispensary and weight verification tickets.</li><li>Verifies the manufacturing process on BPR in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>Provides status updates and operational challenges on status boards.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>HS diploma or equivalent at minimum, with 0-2 years’ related experience*</li><li>Forklift certification may be required for blending and granulation.</li><li>Knowledge of cGMPs.</li><li>Has solid working knowledge and skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment needed for the position.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Basic math, reading, legible writing skills, and problem solving abilities.&nbsp;</li></ul>
