Configuration Owner, Salesforce Mobile Solutions

About this role: <ul><li>The Salesforce Applications Developer will analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into Salesforce specific solutions using the Salesforce toolsets (Out of the Box, Configuration, Customization).&nbsp;</li><li>He/She should have the following: experience in designing &amp; building a solution using Salesforce Declarative &amp; Programmatic Approach, knowledge with Integrating Salesforce with on premise legacy systems and other cloud solutions, experience with integration middleware and Enterprise Service Bus.&nbsp;</li><li>He/She should also have experience in Translate design requirements or agile user stories into Salesforce specific solutions using the Salesforce toolsets (Out of the Box, Configuration, Customization), consuming or sending the message in XMLJSON format to 3rd party using SOAP and REST APIs, expertise in Apex, process builder, workflow, and triggers, working experience with Platform Management, Service Cloud &amp; Service Business Process, Some knowledge in Programmatic aspect of the platform - Apex, Lighting, Front End Web Technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>He/She collaborates with teams and supports emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Will be working on a global deployment of Salesforce Platform Management to 40 countries and corresponding languages, 1000 locations and 25,000 users</li><li>This is a dynamic application that is rapidly growing with new Partner relationship, Language translations and Content Management functionalities</li><li>Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization – Lightning/Velocity components, APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>covering Aura and LWC</li><li>Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools: Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts</li><li>Working experience with Platform Management, Service Cloud &amp; Service Business Process (Email to Case, Web to Case, Language Translations, Email Templates, Knowledge, Case Routing, Queues, Public Groups, and User Group Assignments)</li><li>Performs tasks within planned durations and established deadlines.</li><li>Collaborates with teams to ensure effective communication in supporting the achievement of objectives.</li><li>Strong Ability to debug and resolve issues/defects</li><li>Author technical approach and design documentation</li><li>Collaborate with the offshore team on design discussions and development items</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience in designing &amp; building a solution using Salesforce Declarative &amp; Programmatic Approach.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with integration middleware and Enterprise Service Bus</li><li>Experience in consuming or sending the message in XMLJSON format to 3rd party using SOAP and REST APIs</li><li>Expertise in Apex, process builder, workflow, and triggers</li><li>Knowledge of Salesforce Platform Management and Service Cloud</li><li>Knowledge with Integrating Salesforce with on premise legacy systems and other cloud solution</li><li>Preferably 5+ years Development experience</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in development of Salesforce Lightning framework covering Aura and LWC</li><li>Experience in Content Management, Translations, and 3rd party AppExchange component integrations</li><li>Experience with Agile Development&nbsp;</li><li>Must be detail-oriented</li><li>Self-Motivated Learner</li><li>Ability to collaborate with others&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Bachelors degree and/or Masters degree in Computer Science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience</li><li>Salesforce Certifications:</li><li>Salesforce Admin (mandatory)</li><li>Platform Developer1 (desired)</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Actively contribute to design solutions supporting the Salesforce related mobile applications and user interfaces</li><li>Participate in the functional and technical requirement analysis process with Solution Owner, Solution Design Owner, business stakeholders, process owners and developers and help prioritize business requirements for coming releases</li><li>Maintain product data models and equipment characteristics in format of documentation and/or data structure.&nbsp;</li><li>Be the expert on these characteristics and product models to the other team members.</li><li>Participate in creation of the Solution Roadmap with the Solution Owner, Solution Design Owner and business stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure end-to-end integrity of characteristics, data models and integration points</li><li>Compile, review and maintain required solution documentation and related documents</li><li>Responsible for the end-to-end data and application architectural compliance in collaboration with Architects and Solution Design Owners in collaboration with development teams and other relevant stakeholders</li><li>Develop and maintain global Salesforce mobile development guidelines</li><li>Participate in global development projects and continuous development to ensure that the built solution meets business requirements while maximizing use of standard functionalities</li><li>Assist with solution deployments and supporting front lines to drive process and tool adoption</li><li>Supporting the key user community</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Professional experience of 12 years with IT industry, several years hands on experience in Mobile development and Salesforce solutions</li><li>Degree in IT / Business Administration / Engineering or relevant experience.&nbsp;</li><li>MBA is competitive advantage</li><li>Experience in ensuring solid architecture, data and technical design, e.g. in a role as solution architect, configuration owner, business analyst, solution or product designer</li><li>Excellent programming and designing skills in Mobile development and Salesforce solutions</li><li>Salesforce mobile development frameworks with various models (native, HTML, and hybrid) for Salesforce Mobile SDK and mobile device management solutions</li><li>Experience building and maintaining an iOS-native mobile app built on the Salesforce Mobile SDK</li><li>Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), especially in the context of a mobile user experience.</li><li>Experience with sophisticated enterprise-scale Flows in Salesforce Flow Builder</li><li>Experience in working in an international environment with ability to perform in virtual organizations</li><li>Very good collaboration and communication skills in English, ability to work independently, and ability to work in virtual teams in a multicultural environment</li><li>Experience implementing complex product bills of material into existing data models.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of elevators or escalators products is a plus&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)</li><li>Proactive, curious, open minded and a sense of humor make the candidate a great match in the global team</li></ul>
