Production & Material Requirements Planner

Responsibilities: Inverter Evaluation: <ul><li>Document and standardize data and metrics generation/verification procedures and Processes</li><li>Work with OEMs, to technically evaluate various central and string inverters.</li><li>Providing technical advisory services to clients and various internal stakeholders. Provide Technical support for tendering</li><li>Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communication with staff; providing customer feedback</li><li>Lead and conduct internal failure analysis and the RCA process, working closely with Operations and Asset Management personnel</li><li>Develop solutions to component problems pertaining to design details, manufacturing and supplier details, and parts and sub-component considerations</li><li>Review safety and quality aspects of component repair and replacement as necessary</li><li>Preparing reports/Technical Notes/ presentations/Procedures for Inverters, benchmarking reports against all products</li><li>Act as point of first reference for all Inverter related enquiries and work collaboratively with service/maintenance colleagues in Clinical Research and Regulatory to address any issues that may arise</li><li>Responsible to maintain individual plant MTTR, MTBF and UP time guarantee as committed through PAN India service team</li></ul> Grid Impact Study: <ul><li>Responsible for scope finalisation of Grid impact studies of Solar PV plant</li><li>Need to manage consultants and clients for any queries related to grid impact studies</li><li>Co-ordination with regulatory authorities for meeting grid code compliances &amp; getting final approval</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of deep understanding of Solar Inverters, bidirectional Inverters, SVG/Capacitor bank domain &amp; demonstrated results.&nbsp;</li><li>Candidate should have a flair for technology, new innovations &amp; handle grid impact studies in PSSE and PSCAD for solar plants in the past.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of required Test certifications &amp; standards for Inverters. Techno-commercial acumen to select the suitable product.</li><li>Maintain upto date knowledge &amp; keep record of new technology innovations in area of power electronic.</li><li>Candidate should be aware of various grid code requirements in Grid interconnection &amp; reactive power support thereby selecting the optimal Inverter product &amp; finalisation of plant capacity.</li><li>Candidate should have knowledge of bidirectional inverters &amp; its implementation with Energy storage, grid &amp; Energy management system, Battery management system.</li><li>Basic understanding of Solar plant, its equipment, basic calculations, Power plant controller, Know-how of Indian Standard, CEA guidelines specifically for Solar plant</li><li>Minimum 5 Years of Experience in expert (Solar Inverter) level domain shall be taken into consideration.</li><li>B.Tech. or M. Tech. in Power Electronics</li><li>Mumbai (Maharashtra)</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the Consumer Products Division business management for one of the top3 Online and overall customers to drive strong growth and shares. </li><li>Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.</li><li>Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner basis clear understanding of customer strategy, KPIs and understanding as well of brand strategy and objectives.</li><li>Create selling stories on the basis of deep customer and category understanding to align portfolio, campaign and event execution.</li><li>Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales etc.).</li><li>Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.</li><li>Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities both tactical and strategic.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Develops Business Operations, Enhance Selling and Category Development.</li><li>Good communication and presentation skills, Build Selling Propositions and Negotiate.</li><li>Strong people management skills both geared towards team management as well as stakeholder management.</li><li>Masters Ecommerce Consumer Journey and Digital levers &amp; good understanding of Ecommerce systems and processes.</li><li>Monitor Sell-in and Sell-out excellence and accurate business planning&nbsp;</li><li>Key Relationships: Ecommerce Customer Teams, Marketing, Digital, Sales Development, Supply Chain, Finance Controlling. Duties and Responsibilities Location : Kātkumbh, Pune India<ul><li>Job Purpose and Impact</li><li>The Production and Material Requirements Planner I, will help conduct master planning, material requirements planning and production planning for a team assigned to a group of production locations. In this role, you will support setting goals and objectives that ensure overall integration of manufacturing and planning policies, processes and programs.</li></ul> Key Accountabilities <ul><li>Help analyze plant capacity and production requisition data to resolve imbalances between manufacturing plans and required resources.</li><li>Help maintain data relevant to master production, production scheduling and material requirements planning activities including planning calendars, material data and location data.</li><li>Provide necessary input to supply planner to support integrated business planning.</li><li>Contribute to a master production plan, material requirements plan and production schedule to support integrated business plan.</li><li>Participate in setting master production, production schedules and material requirements planning metrics targets.</li><li>Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum Qualifications</li><li>Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>Other minimum qualifications may apply</li><li>Required Qualifications</li><li>Bachelors degree with exposure in Production scheduling &amp; Material Management</li><li>Experience of 2 years in SAP - MRP module</li></ul>
