Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and execute account strategies aligned with Automotive BU objectives&nbsp;</li><li>Lead Component Aggregate Manufacturer (CAM) engagement activities including RFQs, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities with 2W OEMs and emerging EV players&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and product teams for new product introductions and customization&nbsp;</li><li>Drive Harness Maker (HM) ecosystem development for increased wallet share&nbsp;</li><li>Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer strategy in 2W segment&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management&nbsp;</li><li>Drive design-in activities and support project lifecycle from concept to SOP</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics preferred); MBA is a plus&nbsp;</li><li>8–12 years of experience in automotive sales/business development&nbsp;</li><li>Strong exposure to Two-Wheeler OEMs in India&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in connectors, wiring harness, or automotive components preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record in key account management and business growth&nbsp;</li><li>Intensive travel &amp; expected to be at customer’s location (more than 75% working days) within Delhi NCR region</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul><li>Assists in the planning, development, maintenance, and implementation of the SDS authoring process.</li><li>Partners across all areas of expertise within the PSRA organization to monitor, promote, and deliver high quality, and fully compliant SDSs.</li><li>Identifies key measures to assist in driving continuous improvements and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.</li><li>Actively fosters an organizational culture that is based on collaboration, partnership, innovation, customer service, driving change, and teamwork.</li><li>SDS and label data maintenance for new and existing products, intermediates and experimental products. Position works under direct supervision as needed.</li><li>Maintain regulatory and compositional information from raw materials suppliers and our businesses.</li><li>Manage our translation process with a 3rd party vendor.</li><li>Enter and maintain hazard assessment and regulatory data into product compliance support and MSDS authoring systems.</li><li>Provide internal and external customer support related to hazard communication including SDS distribution.</li><li>Actively participate in projects to continue to maintain compliance with global hazard communication regulations and related regulatory requirements.</li><li>Use product compliance tools to retrieve/query production models, specifications, recipes, labeling information, global database searches.</li><li>Support Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs activities.</li><li>Assist in special assignments and accepting new responsibilities as needed. External Use</li><li>Contribute to group projects by offering proposed solutions to problems and methods to accomplish the goals of the Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs Group.</li></ul> Requirements: Basic Qualifications:&nbsp; <ul><li>Associate degree in chemistry, Biological Sciences, Toxicology or HSE related field or equivalent experience in these fields.</li><li>Zero to two years of relevant experience.</li><li>Knowledge of MS excel, spreadsheet software, SAP like tools or similar Applications.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp; <ul><li>Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing work priorities in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills required to facilitate team building and partnering with colleagues and peers.</li><li>Ability to focus on details, work autonomously and lead projects.</li><li>SAP EHS module experience a plus.</li><li>Results driven with excellent communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and deal with ambiguity to meet specified deadlines.</li><li>Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a team environment.</li><li>Experience with innovative methodology for capturing and identifying metrics of key performance indicators.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products. Contribute to the FMECA process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in or own first chamber Build &amp; Test in Apps lab. Solve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identified.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate (if required) on New Product final test</li><li>Partner with Quality &amp; Reliability (Q&amp;R) group to review and address Top Field Issues. Participate in or own CAPA process. Conduct or facilitate Failure Analysis (FA) if needed</li><li>Develop and document procedures to install (start-up), retrofit and maintain the product (Technical Product Manuals)</li><li>Develop new procedures, Customer Engineering Notices (CENs), Internal Service Bulletins (ISBs) and troubleshooting guides as required</li><li>Collect process and qualification data to create product Best Known Methods (BKMs)</li><li>Develop initial training package for new products and work with Global Technical Training (GTT) to develop training class. Train Customer Engineers (CEs), Process Engineers (PSEs) and Technical Product Support (TPS) assigned to customers who will receive ELS Shipments, prior to shipping</li><li>Identify new parts that require to be stocked by AGS and work with them to ensure parts are stocked in correct locations</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>More than 5 years of relevant equipment experiences in the semiconductor industry</li><li>Strong understanding of Vacuum chambers used in PVD or CVD, wet cleans products as well as hands-on skills in Electro mechanical semiconductor assemblies</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders of various seniorities</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on difficult process engineering experiments. Measure film and surface properties, and interpret data.&nbsp;</li><li>Optimize process to push product performance to HW limit.</li><li>Generate innovative ideas to tackle challenges in hybrid bonding enablement. Guide engineering on prototyping. Perform hardware characterization on a variety of difficult systems.</li><li>Implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analysis, and resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues.</li><li>Generate internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports.</li><li>Communicate and engage with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues or concerns, under limited supervision.</li><li>Identify, select, and partner with vendors and suppliers.</li><li>Serve as a resource for junior colleagues; lead project teams, as needed</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Higher education is a bonus.</li><li>3-7 years of related experience .</li><li>Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.</li><li>Innovative &amp; can think out of the box. Passionate on going through iterative process/hardware development testing &amp; learning cycles.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead UPW/WWT system design for construction projects across the region</li><li>Drive alignment of O&amp;M practices across all sites</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams to improve reliability and reduce variation</li><li>Review and optimize PM and predictive maintenance programs</li><li>Provide technical leadership during system failures or major incidents</li><li>Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses using engineering software.</li><li>Review and approve technical deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>10–12+ years of UPW/WWT engineering experience</li><li>Must Have Technical Skills</li><li>Deep expertise in UPW/WWT system design and operations</li><li>Strong capability in SPC, reliability engineering, and process optimization</li><li>Experience in large-scale facility systems and construction integration</li><li>Performance benchmarking and data-driven decision making</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead global standardization of Chemical and Slurry systems across manufacturing sites.</li><li>Act as Subject Matter Expert guiding engineering decisions and system architecture.</li><li>Drive technology roadmaps and long-term system strategies.</li><li>Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and engineering validation activities.</li><li>Provide technical oversight for complex facilities expansion projects.</li><li>Collaborate across global teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering discipline.</li><li>Minimum 15+ years of semiconductor/facilities experience.</li><li>Advanced expertise in Chemical systems design and operation.</li><li>Strong background in slurry delivery, chemical distribution, and safety compliance.</li><li>Experience in system integration, process optimization, and reliability engineering.</li><li>Knowledge of construction and project lifecycle management.</li></ul>
