Follow up with key stakeholders to fully evaluate, taking onboard learnings and feedback to optimize future campaigns and activities across channels.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and deploy activities for multiple categories (including, Heated tobacco products, Nicotine pouches &amp; Vaping products) that will be used to capitalise upon several business drivers, ranging from building distribution across targeted channels, to increasing trade partners understanding of our portfolio of brands.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Key deliverables include:&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul><li>Distribution campaigns across TEREA, ZYN &amp; VEEV across omni-channels&nbsp;</li><li>Building &amp; deploying campaigns to drive ILUMA, TEREA, ZYN &amp; VEEV volume through 3rd party customer digital platforms.&nbsp;</li><li>Proactive planning and creation of toolkits for field teams to use as per the brand activity calendar across categories and channels.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Roll out of all tactical communication for use across short term activities, this includes all TPOSM kits from artwork, testing to final production.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Deployment of activities across channels in line with category plans and accounts available touchpoints. This will include the production &amp; supply of materials to each key account on time and in full.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Management of digital engagement content calendars for multiple touchpoints across own and customer platforms.</li><li>Technical understanding and experience of working with POS solutions ranging from digital media to POS fixtures.</li><li>Management of the maintenance of PML POS solutions in market through centralised databases.</li></ul> Marketing Collateral and POS Materials:&nbsp; <ul><li>Collaborate with category teams and agencies to develop marketing collateral, point-of-sale (POS) materials, trade promotions, and other brand assets. Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.&nbsp;</li><li>Supplier Management, cultivate relationships with key partners and negotiate commercial opportunities. Manage existing 3rd party contractual agreements in line with procurement processes.</li></ul> Budget Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and manage marketing budgets for trade marketing initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor spending, track ROI, and optimize budget allocation to achieve marketing objectives effectively.&nbsp;</li></ul> Cross-functional Collaboration:&nbsp; <ul><li>Collaborate closely with commercial teams, category managers, and other stakeholders to align marketing strategies with brand objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide guidance and support to ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives.&nbsp;</li></ul> Performance Tracking and Reporting:&nbsp; <ul><li>Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of trade marketing activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Regularly track and analyse performance data, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to stakeholders.</li><li>Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.</li></ul> Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Stay updated on relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards related to smoke-free product categories.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal &amp; EA guidelines and are passed through the CMR process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> People Management: <ul><li>Responsible for the management and development of direct report(s)&nbsp;</li><li>Leadership of team objectives &amp; KPIs with action plans in place for tracking performance&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports through regular 121 meetings and ongoing regular feedback.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews in line with quarterly check points, providing constructive feedback on strengths and development areas.&nbsp;</li><li>Foster an environment of open communication, collaboration, and employee engagement.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Develop skills and competencies of team members through training programs and stretch assignments.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Guide direct reports through major projects and workflow changes, removing obstacles.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience of 8 + years in Trade marketing – UK key account – Senior people.</li><li>12months – 2 years in Key account experience.</li><li>Traditional key account experience – Technical skills, people management – managing 2 people</li><li>Day to trade manage commercial.</li><li>Campaign deployment, touch point, digital, merchandising – Retail trade, indirect trade</li><li>Prioritize, strategies, managing everyone expectation and stakeholder.</li><li>Key between business and Communication</li></ul>
