Overview: <ul><li>The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand generation for product categories including product launches.&nbsp;</li><li>He will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives &amp; collecting actionable feedback.&nbsp;</li><li>The role involves managing field marketing executives through training, performance reviews, &amp; tracking, while ensuring seamless coordination with sales &amp; promotion team.&nbsp;</li><li>The FMM enables &amp; ensures strong category understanding and connect to the market through the category lens while building User Loyalty through end user engagement &amp; training programs</li></ul> Responsibilities: End User Engagement: <ul><li>Drive user connect programs through effective planning, execution, &amp; PJPs for field marketing executives, ensuring comprehensive user coverage.&nbsp;</li><li>Build strong end user relationships while leading loyalty program implementation &amp; feedback collection.</li></ul> Market Development Plan &amp; Initiatives:&nbsp; <ul><li>Drive Market Development Plans through product demos, trials, &amp; marketing tools to achieve objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Share key observations and insights on user applications, product used and gaps identified for us to leverage the opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to expand penetration of our products.</li></ul> Product Module Implementation:&nbsp; <ul><li>Help create and drive execution of modules for New Products, Products Under Launch.</li><li>Implement the field marketing plans through executives, in line with guidelines and review the same for improvement.</li></ul> Insights &amp; Feedback:&nbsp; <ul><li>Deliver timely &amp; actionable feedback on initiatives, competitor pricing, promotions, &amp; activities.</li><li>Systematically collect &amp; share feedback from user connect programs to support decision-making.</li></ul> People Management: <ul><li>Facilitate induction, training, &amp; refresher sessions for field marketing executives.</li><li>Review performance against KPIs; provide corrective inputs with Area Sales managers, Category Manager and Business Head.</li></ul> Ways of working: <ul><li>Conduct Field Market reviews as per established processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely submission of monthly reports as defined.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with Distributor Sales team to strengthen dealer relationships, enhance visibility, drive range selling.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>10-12 years in Sales, Field Marketing, Business Development roles.&nbsp;</li><li>Preferred experience in Speciality Chemicals, Adhesive, Construction Chemicals, Building Material.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have experience in leading field executives/teams.</li><li>Candidate should have high levels of maturity to engage with multiple stakeholders and should have entrepreneurial ability to identify Category Opportunities.</li></ul> Other Detail: <ul><li>Location of work: Ghana</li><li>Reporting to: Zonal Business Head</li><li>Direct Reportees – Field executives Industries: Adhesives &amp; Sealants, Paints, Construction Chemicals, Coatings, Plywood &amp; Laminates, Building Material.</li></ul>
