Responsibilities: <ul><li>Administer and support enterprise monitoring platforms and tools.</li><li>Define and implement monitoring standards, metrics, thresholds, and alerts.</li><li>Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and reporting solutions.</li><li>Monitor application performance, system health, and service availability across enterprise environments.</li><li>Analyze monitoring data, identify trends, and proactively address potential issues.</li><li>Troubleshoot monitoring platform issues and work closely with support teams to resolve incidents.</li><li>Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and operations teams to improve monitoring coverage and effectiveness.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives in monitoring and observability practices.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience.</li><li>6-9 years of hands-on experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) or Observability.</li><li>Strong administration experience with monitoring tools such as:&nbsp;</li><li>Geneos</li><li>Grafana</li><li>Prometheus</li><li>Dynatrace and/or Datadog</li><li>AWS monitoring services</li><li>Experience creating and maintaining dashboards using Grafana, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of application performance, availability, capacity, and infrastructure monitoring.</li><li>Experience configuring monitoring rules, thresholds, alerts, and notification workflows.</li><li>Knowledge of incident management and ticketing tools such as Remedy and JIRA.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Administer and support enterprise VDI platforms including Omnissa Horizon, VMware ESXi, Citrix, and Nutanix environments.</li><li>Perform daily monitoring, maintenance, and operational support for VDI infrastructure and virtual desktop services.</li><li>Support endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).</li><li>Assist with device provisioning, software deployment, operating system patching, and endpoint compliance activities.</li><li>Support endpoint security technologies including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Trellix Endpoint Security.</li><li>Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve VDI, endpoint, and endpoint security incidents.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and support service restoration activities for production incidents.</li><li>Support platform upgrades, patching, maintenance windows, and technology refresh initiatives.</li><li>Monitor platform health, identify issues proactively, and escalate complex issues where required.</li><li>Maintain operational documentation, technical procedures, and support records.</li><li>Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and application support teams on issue resolution and platform improvements.</li><li>Participate in after-hours support and maintenance activities when required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>3-7 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), VDI, or Endpoint Infrastructure support.</li><li>Hands-on experience supporting:&nbsp;</li><li>Omnissa Horizon / VMware Horizon</li><li>VMware ESXi and vCenter</li><li>Microsoft Intune</li><li>Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)</li><li>Microsoft Defender for Endpoint</li><li>Experience supporting enterprise-scale VDI environments.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills across virtual desktop and endpoint platforms.</li><li>Experience supporting production environments and incident management activities.</li><li>Good understanding of endpoint lifecycle management, software deployment, and patch management.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>This position is in a fast-paced business environment for B2B customer support team, where in you will handle escalated customer care issues either through direct personal action or by escalating to the proper individual/department.</li><li>You will need to Coordinate with resources for the resolution of system related problems and provide specific feedback to other departments to aid all open issues.</li><li>This responsibility includes collaboration between both on site and virtual resources as necessary. You will also partner on the process improvement projects, developing training material, reports and lead implementation as necessary.</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Order Management - Will handle import, exports and local customer’s, Sales order and planning process, i.e. order entry, daily schedule review, shipment processing, invoicing &amp; logistics coordination.</li><li>Commercial Management: maintaining price lists &amp; quotations of all accounts.</li><li>Sales Management: forecasting, pipeline analysis &amp; mapping sales performance.</li><li>Project management: Participate effectively in quality improvement projects and promote co-operative effort between all departments and internal customers.</li><li>Customer visits: leading harness makers to give necessary support where required including forecast fluctuation, shortage / expedition order support, returns, credit/debit &amp; Account Receivable&nbsp;</li><li>Management Reports: To support SCM &amp; demand controllers in collating information regarding orders, deliveries, fluctuation/shortages/increase in demand.</li><li>Stake holder management: To coordinate with global and local functions &amp; Support the manager &amp; Sales in activities to ensure an enhanced customer experience. This includes but is not limited to projects and tasks to enhance the order management &amp; fulfillment process, end to end alignment within cross functions to impart better customer service to stake holders</li><li>Situation handling: Evaluates situations that impact operations and decide level of support and response required.</li></ul> Requirements&nbsp; <ul><li>Any Graduate degree</li><li>3+ years of experience</li><li>Working experience in SAP &amp; MS office</li><li>Extensive transactional working experience in manufacturing industry under CS / Supply chain.</li><li>Experience of effective collaboration in multiple regional teams set up &amp; stake holder management</li><li>Previous experience from automotive / service industry preferred.</li></ul>
