Responsibilities: <ul><li>Forecasts and communicates engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers. Provides input to outsourcing decisions by performing make versus buy analysis. Coordinates demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.</li><li>Forms Materials Core Team and coordinates product development process deliverables through matrix management of buyers, planners, and production control. Collaborates with engineering team to interpret engineering requirements.</li><li>Under some supervision, creates, releases and updates new project materials strategy.</li><li>Sourcing: Assists in supplier price and delivery negotiations; under direct supervision may negotiate contracts as necessary. Utilizes the preferred supplier selection and assessment process when selecting suppliers. Completes supplier risk assessment on critical and unique parts. Monitors supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost).</li><li>Materials: Coordinates activities around source selection, specification creation and price negotiation with appropriate team members.</li><li>Executes commercialization (transition) materials plan).</li><li>Manages materials change control process. Meets cost objectives and resolves quality issues. Generates and publishes Key Process Indicators. Tracks total landed costs targets.</li><li>Works with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements. Assists in developing supplier and commodity road maps to engineering. Utilizes value analysis on build-to-print components in support of Should Cost analysis.</li><li>Actively mediates and partners with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups. Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for an experienced SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Consultant with strong functional expertise in Forex, Derivatives, and Treasury Operations.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation and support experience across Front, Middle, and Back Office treasury processes and should be well-versed in managing trade finance, borrowings, deposits, and exposure management within SAP</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and support SAP TRM module implementations, enhancements, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.</li><li>Manage treasury operations, including Forex, Derivatives, Borrowings, and Deposits.</li><li>Configure and support Front, Middle, and Back Office processes within Treasury.</li><li>Handle Exposure Management and ensure effective risk monitoring and reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications.</li><li>Support Trade Finance and related treasury workflows ensuring compliance and efficiency.</li><li>Work closely with the finance, risk, and accounting teams to ensure alignment of treasury processes.</li><li>Participate in testing, documentation, and user training for implemented solutions.</li></ul> Requirements: Required Skills and Experience <ul><li>6–14 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).</li><li>Strong knowledge in Forex, Derivatives, Borrowings, Deposits, and Exposure Management.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Front, Middle, and Back Office operations.</li><li>Experience in Trade Finance and Treasury process automation.</li><li>Strong understanding of integration with FI, CO, and other financial modules.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a hybrid work model across Chennai or Bangalore.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>SAP Certification in Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) preferred.</li><li>Experience working with large-scale clients in manufacturing or pharma domains is an added advantage.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Safety and Legal Compliance: <ul><li>Familiarity with the operational legal requirement of the plant from DOLE, PEZA, DENR, LLDA, FPIP-DOR, BFP, FDA, PNP, PDEA, etc.</li><li>With on Safety Requirements for LOTO, Machine Guarding, Control Reliability, Work at Heights, Electrical Safety, Confined Spaces, Cyanide Alarms and sensors, etc.</li></ul> Supervision and Management of Plant Facilities Operation and Maintenance specifically the following: <ul><li>HVAC System</li><li>Compressed Dry Air</li><li>Electrical System</li><li>Water and Sewer Waste Water Operation</li><li>Plating Water and Wastewater Treatment</li><li>Building Maintenance and Building Management System</li><li>Electronic Controls and PLC System</li><li>Elevator System</li><li>Genset</li><li>Vacuum System</li><li>Fire protection and detection system</li><li>Paging System</li><li>Boiler, Scrubber and Mist Eliminator System</li><li>With ability to troubleshoot and recommend cost and life-cycle improvement for each process.&nbsp;</li></ul> Project Management and Cost Control: <ul><li>Leads the plant requirement on all its improvement project initiatives.</li><li>Highly knowledgeable on applicable engineering standards to recommend in the project design stage.</li><li>Up to date on the market costing to ensure accurate project cost estimation.</li><li>Recommend and review third party contracts.</li><li>With technical know-how to recommend fastest approach in meeting the deadline without issue on project quality.&nbsp;</li><li>Cost Cost Reduction Recommendation and Implementation:</li><li>Reviews plant performance related to power, water and expenses and recommend cost reduction measures.</li><li>Lead the plant to all Energy Conservation and Reduction programs.</li><li>Knowledgeable in Digital factory deployment such as Hydra Traceability, MES, Machine Connectivity for OEE tracking.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Licensed Engineer (ME, EE, ECE) with more than 10 years’ experience in Facilities Operation and Management in manufacturing set-up.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to communicate his/her idea to all levels of the organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Highly technical and analytical with People Management Skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have negotiation skills and able to work under pressure with ease and confidence.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Focal point of all supply chain initiatives associated with NPD for assigned product lines.</li><li>Develop &amp; implement all integrated supply chain activities for New Product Introduction.&nbsp;</li><li>Fully understand new project background information, including project footprint plan, project commercial information in terms of sample/ramp up/MP schedule and cost target, BOM components technical requirement and etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop strategic vision for supply base at conception phase of new products.</li><li>Improve time to market including quotation and sampling activities, driving material standardization,&nbsp;</li><li>Arrange RFQ, analyze and organize SSR meeting to award business based on cost, lead time, core competency, and location.</li><li>Ensure vendor quoted costs meet BOM cost Landing Zone targets. Technical understanding of these commodities is required.</li><li>Education: Bachelor level degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sourcing/ Procurement or related field.
