Responsibilities: HC Digital Strategy &amp; Business Partnership <ul><li>Act as the HC technology lead, engaging directly with HC senior leadership to define and sustain the HC digital vision and roadmap</li><li>Lead the strategic transformation from fragmented regional HC platforms to a unified Group-level solution</li><li>Advise HC executives on platform strategy, vendor alternatives, AI adoption, and investment trade offs</li></ul> Product &amp; Portfolio Leadership <ul><li>Lead, coach, and supervise HC Product Managers, ensuring clarity of accountability and consistent delivery</li><li>Oversee HC products including SAP SuccessFactors, all related regional tenants, and any additional HC Corporate Systems or Centres of Expertise</li><li>Ensure functional coverage of key HC modules, including - Core HR, Performance &amp; Goals, Succession &amp; Talent, Learning Management (LMS), Compensation, Recruiting &amp; Onboarding, and Related integrations and data flows</li></ul> Technology &amp; Partner Selection <ul><li>Lead technology evaluation, vendor comparison, and partner selection activities for HC solutions</li><li>Ensure IT standards compliance in close coordination with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Integration, and Cybersecurity teams</li><li>Ensure selected solutions support scalability, compliance, and innovation (including AI capabilities)</li></ul> Implementation Orchestration &amp; Transformation Delivery <ul><li>Orchestrate complex HC transformation programs, including tenant consolidation, migrations, and phased rollouts</li><li>Coordinate Product Managers, PMO, system integrators, and vendors across regions</li><li>Actively manage interdependencies, risks, and critical milestones</li><li>Step into direct delivery or leadership roles when program complexity or resourcing requires it</li></ul> AI, Innovation &amp; Capability Enablement <ul><li>Drive adoption of AI capabilities across key HC processes, including (but not limited to): Talent identification and skills intelligence, Learning personalisation, Workforce insights and predictive analytics, and Recruitment screening and experience enhancement</li><li>Ensure responsible, secure, and value-driven use of AI, aligned with Group data and ethics principles</li></ul> Governance &amp; Standards Compliance <ul><li>Ensure all HC solutions comply with Group Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity and data protection, and Integration and interoperability standards</li><li>Act as a key governance authority for HC design decisions in coordination with Group Design Authorities</li></ul> Operational Oversight &amp; Evolution <ul><li>Define and oversee HC operating models, including ownership, support, and escalation paths</li><li>Support Product Managers in structuring support models, release management, and vendor governance</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.</li><li>Certifications in HR platforms, enterprise architecture, program management, or AI/data are advantageous.</li><li>Senior experience leading Human Capital technology transformations, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors in multi tenant or multi region environments. 3-5 years.</li><li>Additional expertise and experience in market HC technology references as Workday is also an asset.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing or consolidating large HC landscapes (Core HR, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting).</li><li>Proven ability to evaluate and compare HC platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors vs Workday).</li><li>Strong understanding of AI applications in HC and digital workforce enablement.</li><li>Experience leading teams of Product Managers or Solution Owners in global organisations.</li><li>Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, data governance, and cybersecurity in HC systems.</li><li>Ability to operate credibly at both strategic and execution levels</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for the efficient management of the Company units ready for handover ensuring that units are ready and match quality standards as per business plan for Company&nbsp;before handover to clients.</li><li>Provide technical support to handover and DLP team and establish methods of working practice for each task and ensure that all members of the team understand their responsibilities ensuring satisfactory completion.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervise the operational activities of the suppliers and ensure that all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner as per workorder for delivery of properties as per agreed timelines.</li><li>Supervise the snagging &amp; orientation ensure that all works are carried out in a professional and timely manner as per agreed timelines.</li><li>Organize daily /weekly/ monthly meetings and follow-up with contractors and consultants to ensure that all maintenance, minor works and helpdesk activities are carried out as per agreed guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspect ready units along with the customer during home orientation in the final stages of handover and make sure that a detailed snagging is carried out and that the quality of workmanship meets the service level agreements and excels key performance indicators. Ensure safety and security is always maintained by the contractors/ suppliers during handover.</li><li>Establish strong relationship customers within the assigned property and assist in moving procedures, orientation and provision of the assigned contact person for their parking key and other requests to build strong cliental relations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Escalate Service Requests for management consultation which have been unresolved for a long period including customer snagging /de snagging and DLP and customer communications for effective resolution. Maintain updated report for SRs status among all projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Meet customer(s) during defect liability period- DLP and communicate with quality assurance team for resolution where applicable.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for all customer communications ensuring to provide customers with status updates on the completion dates, payment schedules and project construction updates.</li><li>Streamline and enforce handover policies and processes and participate in the digitalization processes of property handover to attain a competitive edge.</li><li>Prepare management reports of all active project status during orientation stage and DLP in-order to provide relevant updates to make informed decisions.</li><li>Develop a budget to cover new sales, and AMC activities. In addition, include resolving legacy issues in budget planning.</li><li>Collaborate with construction, quality assurance, marketing, and customer care teams to ensure a seamless transition and positive handover experience for clients</li><li>Supervise the co-ordination between our customers and team members to ensure satisfactory completion of all jobs.</li><li>Perform regular community inspections for Company projects and report to management for any improvement&nbsp;</li><li>Handle legacy project and ensure closure of pending issue.&nbsp;</li><li>Co-ordinate with Project Delivery Team at site project for any observation on snagging &amp; orientation&nbsp;</li><li>Liase with service provider(s) for any pest control, clearing and issues beyond DLP.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management (preferred)</li><li>Certification in Property Management – preferred</li><li>Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulation and business environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of building systems, amenities, and legal requirements related to property handover.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 4-6 years experience in property management/ handover with atleast 2 years in-depth experience of leading a maintenance team to achieve a planned maintenance program.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in provision of minor and reactive works is essential.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead end-to-end supply chain activities across planning, customer service and logistics</li><li>Drive S&amp;OP, demand planning, forecast quality and inventory management processes</li><li>Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to support business priorities and growth</li><li>Manage relationships with logistics providers, warehouses, distributors and key external partners</li><li>Monitor service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory health, cost and operational performance</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost to serve and customer experience</li><li>Lead continuous improvement and supply chain transformation initiatives</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Approximately 10+ years of Supply Chain experience, including leadership across Planning, Customer Service or Logistics</li><li>Proven background within FMCG, Food &amp; Beverage, Consumer Goods or a closely related industry</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in S&amp;OP, demand planning, inventory management and domestic logistics</li><li>Experience influencing senior commercial stakeholders in a matrix environment</li><li>People management or functional leadership experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Fluent Mandarin and English required</li></ul>
