India is an important business hub for client, with over 2,000 employees, including R&amp;D, Engineering, Strategy, and other functions.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>In this critical role, the Strategy Analyst will support in developing strategies through key responsibilities in four major areas</li><li>Help to develop strategies that drive above-market organic and inorganic growth</li><li>Gather real-time input as the external environment evolves (e.g., technology, customer needs, regulations, competitors, etc.)</li><li>Help identify new growth platforms, growth opportunities through the identification of attractive market spaces, determining what it takes to win, assessing competitive position and business models, and then helping the organizing to align on the strategic direction and execution plan</li><li>Drive change – helping to implement projects to execute on strategic objectives</li></ul> Additional responsibilities include <ul><li>Collaborate with Corporate Strategy, and business units’ strategy teams to solve complex business problems</li><li>Translate business requests into well-defined problems</li><li>Develop strategies and approaches to fulfil complex project assignments in creative and meaningful ways</li><li>Perform market and competition analyses to generate impact driven insights at global and regional levels</li><li>Identify key trends across markets, industries, and competitors that affect our businesses</li><li>Create analytical models to address key business questions and translate outputs into clear findings and recommendations</li><li>Create compelling storylines to support leadership fact-based decision making</li><li>Support the successful development and deployment of the annual strategy development process</li><li>Track execution of the long-term strategy through a select set of strategy-to-execution KPIs, synthesize implications to the strategic plan and recommend potential course corrections</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, with strong quantitative skills</li><li>An MBA or a Masters degree are desirable but not required.</li><li>Experience in market research, quantitative analysis, management consulting or corporate strategy, as well are a plus</li><li>Experience creating presentations and communicating ideas and plans</li><li>Excellent proficiency in data analytics</li><li>Track record of demonstrated leadership potential through academic, work, and/or community activities</li><li>Strong sense of tact, confidentiality, and maturity</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Strategy Development: <ul><li>Strat plan – Create and control a rolling strategy plan for the assigned product family to deliver strong financial results – That includes organic growth strategy through expansion of the product bag, launching new products into market adjacencies, as well as inorganic strategy to expand product depth and/or breadth enhancing relevance to customers/channel.</li><li>Creates breakthroughs (e.g., new market entry, new products, new business models, partnerships) through excellence in creating an ideas funnel, idea selection, prioritization, active experimentation, and scale-up of proven ideas.</li><li>Cascades the vision and strategy throughout the organization and ties it to clear near term plans and metrics. Creates buy-in from the organization for the plan through early engagement.</li><li>Articulates market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.</li><li>Expected to develop an in-depth understanding of major competitors in the key product markets. Can leverage competitive knowledge for strategic decision-making.</li><li>Develop product and technology roadmaps that align with business strategy and market needs.</li><li>Work with R&amp;D and operations in the development of new products to meet current and future customer and market requirements. Creates / inspires a humble, learning and growth oriented, and continuous improvement mindset and culture in the organization.</li><li>Communicates widely and at multiple levels in the organization.</li></ul> Develop Business Plan: <ul><li>Define resource requirements necessary to execute the product and technology roadmaps.</li><li>Establish and execute pricing policy.</li><li>Work effectively with the Regional Product Management teams to drive execution of the product line strategies.</li><li>Partners with the sales organization and drives empowerment that accelerates speed and responsiveness while jointly defining GTM strategies.</li><li>Establish and develop close relationships and intimacy with key customers and focus distributors for the assigned product family.</li></ul> Drive Profitable Growth of assigned Portfolio: <ul><li>Manage the P&amp;L (sales and gross margin) for the assigned product line.</li><li>Deliver growth above market through strong NPI (New Product Introduction) and share gain execution.</li><li>Drives YoY gross margin expansion by developing and executing robust pricing strategies, driving operational productivity, and improving product mix (when relevant)</li><li>Lead critical projects to drive competitive advantage for the assigned product line.</li><li>Track progress to the business plan and facilitate resolution to gaps.</li><li>Work on Futuristic applications and think ahead of time to spec-in new products into the market</li><li>Work on gaining market intelligence with the help of cross functional team members to drive revenue growth pipeline and execute the same with utmost accuracy.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: What should your background look like:&nbsp; <ul><li>7+ years of product management experience in an automotive environment.</li><li>Bachelors degree in engineering discipline preferably Electronics and Electrical</li><li>Well versed with Terminal and connectors and automotive applications</li><li>Strong hold in Microsoft excels and presentation</li><li>Evidence of leadership responsibility for market, product management, product development and sales targets</li><li>Learning agility and Strategic Growth Mindset Executing for Results</li><li>Building Relationships and Using Influence to reach set targets</li><li>Highly Effective communication skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>
