Role Description:&nbsp;<ul><li>Design &amp; Development of automotive connector system.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for mechanical design of Connectors based on customer requirement for TS.</li><li>Responsible to carry out detailed mechanical design work including 3D modelling, Proposal /detail drawings for costing / production, initiating simulation and prepare design verification / product validation plan per requirement.</li><li>Responsible for choosing standard parts, features, material as per internal guidelines which would meet the internal / customer target process and cost.</li><li>Responsible for preparing and presenting design reviews per manufacturability, update design per suggestion and keep record.</li><li>Responsible for carrying out design change requests in a timely manner / own the product responsibility&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>B.E/B. Role Description: <ul><li>Executes complex simulations in CFD and Thermal to optimize design and manufacturing.</li><li>Develops complex Multiphysics simulation methods that meets design requirements in thermal management of Electronic Systems, especially in high-speed transceivers, connectors, and their assemblies.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leading the development and implementation of complex Thermal simulation models to optimize manufacturing, designs or processes.</li><li>Perform calculation &amp; simulation on temperature distribution over system.</li><li>Conducted thermo-mechanical and structural simulations to support design optimization, material selection, and validation from concept to production.</li><li>Proficient in simplifying complex CAD geometries for efficient structural and thermal simulation analyses</li><li>In-depth knowledge of mechanical design, conductive, convective, &amp; radiation heat transfer, and fluid flow mechanics.</li><li>Collaborate with designer, manufacturing, and testing teams to correlate CFD &amp; Thermal Simulation results with physical testing</li><li>Experience with DOE (Design of Experiments) and optimization techniques.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical)</li><li>M Tech (Mechanical) (preferred)/ PHD</li><li>Knowledge of products, design processes and methodology.</li><li>Proficiency in state-of-the-art&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in use of MS Office tools.</li><li>Knowledge of associated manufacturing processes (molding, stamping, plating, crimping &amp; assy).</li><li>Knowledge about the Soldering, crimping &amp; welding technologies.</li><li>Knowledge on technical paper publications &amp; applying for patents.</li><li>8- 12 years of industry experience.</li><li>Expertise in Ansys Workbench.</li><li>Experience on connector products (Plastic and Sheet Metal parts).</li><li>Knowledge on material science (Metals, Resins &amp; hyper elastic material) and implement for simulation.</li><li>Correlation of Test and simulation data / results.</li><li>Expertise on CAE tools, Optimization techniques, and testing methods.</li><li>Implementing of LEAN / 6 Sigma / Kaizen techniques to live projects.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Program Manager in the DDN India Site Leader’s office leads and manages strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving operational excellence.</li><li>He/she oversees multiple initiatives, manage stakeholders, and facilitate communication across various teams.</li><li>His/her responsibilities include strategic planning, risk management, budget management, operational excellence and performance reporting to the Site Leader.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategic Alignment: Ensure all initiatives in the site are aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the site, as defined by Site Leader.</li><li>Program Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and oversee the execution of these plans.</li><li>Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate teams across different departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among all teams.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, engineering leaders, project managers, and external partners, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns.</li><li>Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success of all initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>MBA from premier institute with bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) is required.&nbsp;</li><li>10+ years in strategy/operational excellence/initiatives management in a global industrial/engineering/management environment.</li><li>Strong program management experience: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs/initiatives from start to finish.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving: Ability to think critically, analyze complex situations, and develop effective solutions.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Focal point of all supply chain initiatives associated with NPD for assigned product lines.</li><li>Develop &amp; implement all integrated supply chain activities for New Product Introduction.&nbsp;</li><li>Fully understand new project background information, including project footprint plan, project commercial information in terms of sample/ramp up/MP schedule and cost target, BOM components technical requirement and etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop strategic vision for supply base at conception phase of new products.</li><li>Improve time to market including quotation and sampling activities, driving material standardization,&nbsp;</li><li>Arrange RFQ, analyze and organize SSR meeting to award business based on cost, lead time, core competency, and location.</li><li>Ensure vendor quoted costs meet BOM cost Landing Zone targets.&nbsp;Work with commodity management team and should cost team to achieve the target.</li><li>Design first-time-right supply chains for new products / platforms during development phase</li><li>Promote Dual Source and Localization in new project phase.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with commodity management to leverage supplier capabilities and improve collaboration among company and supply base</li><li>Improve overall service from Procurement to Internal customer e.g. project managers and project core team members.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide strong support for company manufacturing plant(s) for NPI.&nbsp;</li><li>Holds Voice of Customer Sessions with internal customers and utilizes feedback to improve team performance and supply base service.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete special projects as directed by regional or global management.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>10+ years’ experience in NPD Sourcing or project management role.</li><li>Proven Experience in New Product Introduction as a sourcing analyst in a global company is preferred</li><li>Experience in sourcing mechanical components such as stamping, molding, diecasting, machining, and electronics components such as PCB, PCBA, cable. Technical understanding of these commodities is required.</li><li>Education: Bachelor level degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sourcing/ Procurement or related field.&nbsp;Advanced degree a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills both written and verbal English.</li><li>Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, able to work well with international teams and individuals.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, comprehensive and logic thinking.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS office suite; advanced Excel, Power point.</li><li>Lean PD experience is a plus.</li><li>Previous SAP experience or training a plus.</li></ul>
