leading large technical teams (15–25 developers).</li><li>Proven track record delivering end-to-end Private Banking / Wealth Management solutions, including at least one major Temenos WealthSuite implementation or upgrade.</li><li>Experience managing mixed teams (internal, vendor) across cross-functional and multi-stream project environments.</li><li>Strong capability in application analysis,
