Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop strategy for building capability for our client employees and 3rd party employees in Maghreb cluster.</li><li>Identify capability gaps at individual, functional and market level in alignment with functional heads.</li><li>Drive structured processes and tools to equip PM and 3rd party employees with knowledge.</li><li>Coordinate innovatively with regional and global stakeholders to develop/localize appropriate online/offline capability development solutions.</li><li>Equip markets with commercial system capabilities.</li><li>Design, deploy and track quarterly and yearly training plans.</li><li>Build and adapt new online training and coaching platforms.</li><li>Adapt scripts and talking points for frontliners according to consumers pain-points in line with market strategy.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5+ years’ experience as managerial roles in capability building.</li><li>Solid experience in deployment of online/offline learning solutions.</li><li>Agility to change.</li><li>Very good influencing, communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Fluency in English &amp; French both written &amp; spoken.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work closely with Product Management, UX designers, X1 platform engineers, and the larger engineering team to deliver high quality user interfaces and product features in the cloud.</li><li>Build the next generation of end-user applications</li><li>Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.</li><li>Deliver services and components through CI/CD and automated testing</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectures, processes, and procedures.</li><li>Craft resilient, secure, and efficient code, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Demonstratable ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture.</li><li>Experience building user interfaces in Angular, React or VueJS.</li><li>Preferably experience in building cloud based microservices in python and/or Java</li><li>Hands-on experience with Jenkins and building/maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines.</li></ul>

Structural geology skills including fault interpretation and fault seal.&nbsp;</li><li>Integrate diverse data-types to construct and promote prospects.&nbsp;</li><li>Assess petroleum risk elements to identify viable prospects.</li><li>Map making using industry standard tools.</li><li>Prospect volume and risk estimates.</li><li>Preparing and presenting professional-quality presentation materials to technical peers and management.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide mentoring and technical assistance to young professionals.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of fifteen years of experience in subsurface exploration and a proven track record in prospect generation and maturation skills including broad international experience.</li><li>Extensive experience in applying Clastic and Carbonate Sequence and Seismic Stratigraphy &amp; Regional Geology using seismic and well data to analyze the subsurface at all scales relevant to petroleum systems, from the basin evolution, to the identification of stratigraphic traps and the timing of structural trap development, gross depositional environment reconstruction, reservoir potential, seal characterization and structural geology.</li><li>Extensive experience in using applications relating to data interpretation, correlations, mapping and prospect generation e.g., Petrel, Petrosys.</li></ul>
