Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support the deployment of the DFSS in AD&amp;M Engineering function.</li><li>Define annual training calendar for DFSS training.</li><li>Work with the Product Engineering managers on resolving problems using DFSS.</li><li>Mentor DFSS GB candidates for project completion and certification.</li><li>Be part of Key project reviews as DFSS champion.</li><li>Work across BU for sharing best practices on DFSS.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5+ years’ experience in Engineering Product design, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering degree preferred).</li><li>Certified Design for Six Sigma Black Belt.</li><li>Highly effective communicator and influencer, with the necessary communication and presentation skills to inspire and educate audiences in DFSS.</li><li>Organization savvy, to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li></ul>

Primary Function: <ul><li>The Global Business Services (GBS) Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving the efficiency and productivity targets for GBS process areas and providing a path to value through various initiatives with a heavy focus on digital solutions and automation.&nbsp;</li><li>The Continuous Improvement Manager will facilitate ideation sessions, apply Kellanova Work Systems principles of value stream mapping and lean six sigma to drive standard ways of working in the process.&nbsp;</li><li>This role will be responsible for process catalogs, process mapping, governance of desktop procedures, and is the primary gatekeeper of standard ways of working within GBS.</li><li>A critical component of the role will be monetization of the value created through process efficiencies and digital solutions as well as scalability and standardization globally.</li><li>This role will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, operations, and business partners, to identify and prioritize the opportunities and challenges, and propose and implement effective solutions.</li><li>This role will follow standard ways of working to monitor and evaluate the results and impact of initiatives and share best practices and lessons learned</li></ul> Dimensions: <ul><li>Responsible for delivering digital solutions for GBS and driving automation, process intelligence, and analytics through organization</li><li>Own the platform architecture for GBS digital capabilities in process intelligence, automation and analytics to set GBS up for future growth and maturity across technologies</li><li>Governance of technology budget, roadmap, and metrics/measurement of digital tools in collaboration with operational results and future value stream identification</li><li>Ownership of the Digital/Data Center of Excellence to create digital kreators through GBS to make digital ways of working a part of our DNA &amp; designing a coaching program to educate analysts on digital opportunities and personal growth</li><li>Delivering on digital projects and initiatives &amp; executing change management to ensure success</li><li>Having a global, external focus for GBS and challenging the organization to deliver value, while benchmarking against peers and industry enablers</li><li>Engage GBS leaders in the future of digital &amp; educate on future opportunities through stakeholder engagement</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own and lead ideation sessions to expand organization solutioning from an automation perspective, including actioning on ideas and realizing value from solution</li><li>Develop and execute governance and best practices for Kellanova Work Systems standard ways of working, including desktop procedures, process maps, taxonomy activities, process catalogs, SIPOCs, and Project Submission Portal value realization activities</li><li>Govern continuous improvement processes within the worksteam and engage operational teams in best practices</li><li>Deliver value realization/efficiencies for the organization on a monthly basis to cumulate into productivity for GBS</li><li>Advise on global scale of solutions and standard ways of working</li><li>Act as coach for continuous improvement with operation teams and GBS leaders to build capability in value realization across GBS</li><li>Create and deliver the value roadmap for GBS, aligning with the business objectives, productivity targets, and priorities and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization</li><li>Provide business process guidance and oversight for automation and integration projects across GBS, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and quality.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and partners, to deliver efficiency solutions that meet the needs of GBS and its stakeholders</li><li>Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in process area to enable new solutions and evaluate their applicability and suitability for GBS .</li><li>Develop and maintain metrics to measure continuous improvement projects, including cost, quality and speed metrics and maintain metric portfolio to understand state of GBS process to understand sources of loss to improve the process</li><li>Implement and leverage process intelligence to understand process waste areas and work with operational teams to realize efficiencies from analysis</li><li>Create calendar with planned CI activities for each process area, align with stakeholders on annual plan, and measure against timelines</li><li>Assess end to end processes with business partners to improve risk profile against quality metrics to drive improvement</li></ul>&nbsp;Work Environment: <ul><li>This position requires some travel and working extended and irregular hours.&nbsp;Travel is typically required less than 5 percent of the time.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Desired: Bachelors degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in delivering value realization through continuous improvement.</li><li>Experience in managing multiple projects and tracking project success.</li><li>Knowledge of automation tools such as Celonis, PowerBI, Service Now, and other automation and analytics solutions.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize the opportunities and challenges, and propose and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical and process improvement concepts in a clear manner to various audiences and levels.</li><li>Collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships across the organization and with external parties</li></ul>

Responsibilities :Manage the end-to-end order process and provide exceptional internal and external customer service.Partner with internal and external customers at all levels, including senior management to identify trends, perform root cause analyses, and provide solutions to resolve customer logistics, order fulfillment, and transportation issues.Promote a customer-centered culture serving as a point of contact to internal/external customers, striving to exceed customer needs, requirements, and expectations.Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive efficiencies within the order management process.Contribute to a team environment that is focused on high performance and operational excellence.Performance will be evaluated at the individual or team level based on the ability to deliver against SLA’s and KPI’s while driving results and value for the organization.Serve as a single point of contact for assigned customers and sales partners.Manage fulfillment of customer orders to ensure on time and in full delivery (OTIF).Manage the customer order process from order placement to order delivery.Communicate with customers during the lifecycle of the order proces.Perform analysis and communicate with stakeholders to reduce/eliminate pricing discrepancies, OS&D, case fill discrepancies and delivery delays.Implement solutions to enhance customer service initiatives and to provide consistent service.Develop and enhance business relationships with various partners, both internal and external.Manage the use of SAP by leveraging tools and data.Execute daily work within SAP, leveraging analysis tools and supplemental data as needed.Execute personalized customer logistics strategies.Requirements :High School Diploma or GED required and 3 years of experience in a related field.Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and MS Office.Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles including customer service, collections, deductions, and related activities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Deep analytical and problem solving skillsStrong negotiation and decision making skills.Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraints.Solid time management skills.Ability to work in a team environment  BBA, BA or BS DegreeSAP: The ability to navigate SAP modules.This may include Master Data, Order to Cash, APO, Return Transactions, Order Management, Pricing, Reserve systems and Contract Manufacturer.Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments.Strong knowledge of Kellanova or other service center processes and procedures  Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment.
