Responsibilities: Strategy &amp; Business Partnership <ul><li>Provide financial market intelligence and strategic insights across the Americas region.</li><li>Partner with Sales and Pricing teams to align GTM strategy with financial targets, including:</li><li>Customer segmentation</li><li>Regional segmentation</li><li>Product and industry segmentation</li><li>Analyze macroeconomic and market trends impacting business performance.</li><li>Translate financial and operational data into actionable short-term and long-term recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate directly with Sales leaders to support GTM planning and customer engagement.</li><li>Support pricing strategy by analyzing pricing trends and evaluating price adjustments or erosion risks.</li><li>Partner with Operations to understand manufacturing and supply chain structures and align financial planning accordingly.</li></ul> Financial Planning &amp; Forecasting <ul><li>Support the Sales &amp; Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) financial process.</li><li>Align supply chain and operational assumptions with revenue forecasts.</li><li>Prepare and manage forecasts for:</li><li>Revenue and sales performance</li><li>Gross margin and cost of sales</li><li>Accounts receivable and cash flow</li><li>Participate in financial planning cycles, including:</li><li>Forecast commitments</li><li>Risk and opportunity assessments</li><li>Annual and multi-year business planning</li><li>Develop supporting forecasts such as GTM forecasts and plant financial forecasts.</li></ul> Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis <ul><li>Analyze financial results versus forecast and identify root causes of variances.</li><li>Provide weekly and monthly financial reports with performance insights.</li><li>Deliver financial analytics to support decision-making by Sales and business leadership.</li><li>Conduct customer profitability and business performance analysis.</li></ul> Financial Controls &amp; Accounts Receivable <ul><li>Manage and forecast sales adjustments, accruals, and liabilities.</li><li>Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.</li><li>Forecast accounts receivable and support improvements in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).</li><li>Act as liaison between business units and finance shared services for collections and AR management.</li></ul> Requirements: Required Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.</li><li>3–7+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&amp;A, or financial analysis.</li><li>Experience supporting Sales, Pricing, or Operations teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.</li><li>Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>
