Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>We are hiring a Supply Chain Project Engineer to lead and manage engineering and CAPEX projects within a manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</li><li>This role involves working closely with global engineering teams and plant operations to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead end-to-end project execution (design, installation &amp; commissioning).</li><li>Support technical proposals, cost estimation, and project planning.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Supervise installation and construction activities on-site.</li><li>Ensure projects meet EHS, quality, and food safety standards.</li><li>Manage budget, timelines, and resource planning.</li><li>Work closely with global engineering, production, maintenance, and operations teams.</li><li>Support CAPEX planning and execution for plant initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering as Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent. MBA or Management degree is preferred.</li><li>Working with manufacturing environment is preferred. Minimum 4 years of engineering experience with minimum 3 years for project management.</li><li>Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and construction/structure are required. Also, good computer background is a must.</li><li>English communication skill is necessary in both speaking and writing.</li><li>Able to work with government officers and public organizations.</li><li>Knowledge of food industry and financial issues including CAPEX&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Product Costing <ul><li>Calculate and maintain standard costs for products.</li><li>Determine labor rates and overhead absorption rates.</li><li>Maintain costing sheets and databases, including new product costing and pricing support.</li><li>Perform quarterly standard cost updates (cost roll).</li></ul> Cost Analysis <ul><li>Analyze and explain variances including:</li><li>Purchase price.</li><li>Material usage.</li><li>Labor and machine rates.</li><li>Efficiency and overhead.</li><li>Compare actual costs to standard costs and investigate deviations.</li><li>Identify root causes of cost fluctuations.</li><li>Analyze cost trends and evaluate cost behavior (fixed vs. variable).</li></ul> Month-End Activities <ul><li>Support month-end close with cost accounting entries.</li><li>Prepare journal entries with appropriate documentation.</li><li>Ensure accurate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reporting in P&amp;L.</li><li>Reconcile general ledger accounts with subledgers.</li></ul> Budgeting &amp; Forecasting Support <ul><li>Support preparation of cost budgets for operations/production.</li><li>Provide historical cost data for planning and analysis.</li><li>Calculate standard costs for budget models.</li><li>Monitor actual performance vs. budget.</li><li>Support forecasting through cost projections.</li></ul> Cost Optimization &amp; Business Partnering <ul><li>Identify cost reduction opportunities through data analysis.</li><li>Track and validate savings from cost improvement initiatives.</li><li>Partner with procurement on material cost updates.</li><li>Work closely with production on labor and overhead rates.</li><li>Provide cost insights to support operational decision-making.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education &amp; Experience.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.</li><li>Professional accounting qualification is a plus.</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in cost accounting (manufacturing environment preferred).</li><li>Experience in product costing and standard costing methodologies.</li><li>Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems.</li></ul> Technical Skills <ul><li>Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Knowledge of Power BI and/or VBA is an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with integrated systems and costing modules.</li></ul> Functional &amp; Industry Experience <ul><li>Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.</li><li>Understanding of production processes, cost drivers, and operational workflows.</li><li>Hands-on exposure to plant-level costing and operational finance.</li></ul> Core Competencies <ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Structured and organized approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with operations and supply chain teams.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Engage with India Leadership to understand emerging risk while providing risk themes and trends that can inform and help improve governance and control awareness.</li><li>Provide IA leadership to the Internal Audit team based in India by motivating and developing individuals to elevate quality and expand capabilities.</li><li>Assist with continuous monitoring activities related to Technology.</li><li>Supervise, manage, and motivate Audit Managers on scheduled audits.</li><li>Oversee audit planning and execution of audits including audit scoping, setting audit objectives, defining audit test steps, performing audit fieldwork and drafting audit reports.</li><li>Review and provide feedback to Audit Managers on the documentation of detailed process walkthroughs performed with management, including the identification of process risks and controls.</li><li>Review and provide feedback on detailed audit work papers performed during fieldwork, including control design and effectiveness testing.</li><li>Ensure Audit Managers have developed and documented clear audit work papers that succinctly articulate the process, risks, controls, test work performed, and conclusions reached.</li><li>Ensure effective and efficient execution of audits in conformance with professional and department quality standards.</li><li>Identify and articulate control gaps or control deficiencies.</li><li>Ensure timeliness of audit work and ensure audit is performed within budget.</li><li>Present audit results to various levels of internal audit leadership, as well as the business organization.</li><li>Contribute to risk assessment process and ongoing business/industry monitoring.</li><li>Maintain internal audit competency through ongoing professional development.</li><li>Oversee career and professional development of direct reports.</li><li>Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors or advanced degree in technology, business, or finance, with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience working within audit or a risk management function or minimum 12+ years relevant experience in lieu of a degree</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a technology-related degree with 9+ years of audit experience</li><li>5+ years in technology audit, controls, operations, and/or compliance</li><li>2+ years recent experience managing, supervising, and mentoring individuals</li><li>2+ years recent experience in leading projects and motivating teams</li><li>CISA/CISM/CPA/CIA/CRISC/CISSP certifications</li><li>Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Identify Sales Opportunities in Service Business&nbsp;<ul><li>Primary focus on the sale of preventative maintenance contracts for:</li><li>Company existing installed base of Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) which do not currently have a preventative maintenance contract</li><li>Identification and sales of preventative maintenance contracts for competitor’s UPS including multi-vendor and end user sites</li><li>Other preventative maintenance contract or maintenance sales opportunities as directed by the management&nbsp;</li></ul> Promote Company After-Sales Services Offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Spare parts sales opportunities both for company and competitor’s products</li><li>Collaboration with channel sales partners and service partners in service sales activities</li><li>Other service sales opportunities as directed by the management&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the profitability of operations with a focus on the consolidated variable margin of the after sales service business&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring budget margin levels are met across each service category (contract, repairs, parts and battery replacements)</li></ul> Business Development <ul><li>Maintain existing customer base and ensure customers’ expectations are being met&nbsp;</li><li>Generate new business and partners&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience within Electrical and/or Service related sales</li><li>Having contacts within electrical/critical power industry preferred</li><li>Familiar and ability to negotiate on service contract terms &amp; condition&nbsp;</li><li>Salesforce experience</li></ul>
