<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, IATF, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Hands-on experience with automation tools, macros, custom code, and dashboard development using Power BI and Power Automate.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Supply chain certifications (CSCP, CPSM, or similar) are an advantage.</li><li>Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus</li></ul>
