Technical Architect

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design and implement roadmap for the next level platform and application architecture and modularity</li><li>Lead&nbsp;architecture framework definition and technology stack selection to build&nbsp;scalable and reliable web content management&nbsp;platform for omnichannel marketing</li><li>Drive, guide, and validate technology options together with the internal stakeholders and the external partners</li><li>Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where are needed</li><li>Drive and ensure re-usability and consistency across all application on the platform</li><li>Ensure that the architecture of the domain is aligned with the wider architecture roadmap</li><li>Responsible for establishing design and coding standards, techniques and tools to support optimal performance of the solutions on the platform</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement efforts by providing guidance and expertise to the development teams</li><li>Key technical interface to our partners, SPOC for internal team on technical questions</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or master degree Computer Science or other relevant engineering degree</li><li>At least 10 years of experience in technical architecture role with web content management platforms&nbsp;and solutions’ integration design , such as sales lead and customer data (e.g. Salesforce CRM), Asset management (DAM), Analytics, Product structure and configuration systems (PDM) or CPQ or Sales Configuration solutions is an asset.</li><li>At least 10 years of experience in solution development with strong analytic skills and able to interpret complex&nbsp;architecture design with development team into the final solution&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Solid experienced in solutions integration both in data, process and application architecture is required</li><li>Hands-on experience of (scaled) agile methodology and DevOps. Experience with frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP is an advantage</li><li>Good understand of the digital landscape to identify risks and opportunities found in emerging and disruptive technologies</li><li>Hands on experience working with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Services, IaaS and SaaS)</li><li>Good knowledge of common database technologies, such as MSSQL, Postgres, MySQL, and mobile and web technologies (HTML5, REST, ReactJS, NodeJS, AngularJS)</li><li>Experience in working in an international environment with ability to perform in virtual organizations</li><li>Very good collaboration and communication skills in English, ability to work independently, and ability to work in virtual teams in a multicultural environment</li><li>Highly motivated team player and service mindset</li><li>Open minded and sense of humor</li></ul>
