Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement strategies for global sustainment of IT infrastructure and application services, ensuring that service levels and objectives are met across all regions and business units&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the delivery of IT services to meet the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs)&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and standards to achieve operational excellence&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with regional and global IT teams, as well as external vendors and service providers, to ensure effective delivery of IT infrastructure services and support for all applications and&nbsp;</li><li>Systems in scope Continuously monitor and improve the quality of service delivered&nbsp;</li><li>Managing IT service delivery risks, ensuring that appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing IT service delivery budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and oversee the infrastructure support team responsible for providing round the clock (RTC) support for business-critical infrastructure and applications&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests within agreed SLAs&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of relevant business processes, associated applications and infrastructure.</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders and application owners to ensure infrastructure environments are meeting business requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify opportunities for optimization and automation of sustainment processes and drive implementation of best practices</li><li>Building a knowledge management culture, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration, Monitoring and measuring knowledge management effectiveness on service&nbsp;</li><li>Delivery performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.</li><li>Manage, motivate, and grow the sustainment team members&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations&nbsp;</li><li>Identify training needs and develop training plans to enhance team members skills&nbsp;</li><li>Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement&nbsp;</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and Business stakeholders, MSPs, and product vendors.</li><li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and address issues&nbsp;</li><li>Represent the Global IT Sustainment Services, India in meetings with business stakeholders and leadership team&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with other global IT teams to ensure alignment and consistency of IT services delivered to the business.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>This role oversees a diverse team who deliver Infrastructure operations and IT Service management function, which includes managing the technology infrastructure, specifically&nbsp;</li><li>Focusing on areas such as Database (Oracle, MySQL, SQL, SAP HANA, Redshift), Wintel, Unix/Linux, Multi-Cloud (AWS/Google/Azure), Network (WAN, with expertise in routers), IT Service&nbsp;</li><li>Management (ITSM) tools, monitoring (Splunk, SolarWinds), and automation capabilities.&nbsp;</li><li>15+ years of experience in delivering similar infrastructure support projects for global customers, with expertise in Infrastructure technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Possess an in-depth understanding and hands-on&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in the following areas:</li><li>Database: Proficient in managing and optimizing database systems, such as Oracle, SAP HANA , MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, Redshift or similar technologies.</li><li>Wintel: Expertise in Windows Server environments, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Unix: Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, including shell scripting, system administration, and performance tuning.</li><li>Multi-Cloud: Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, including architecture, deployment, and management.</li><li>Network: Proficient in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including WAN technologies, protocols, and routers.</li><li>Patch Management: Experience with patch and vulnerability management and related tools like Qualys.</li><li>Extensive experience in managing desktop environments, including experience with desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS), hardware, and peripherals.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with desktop management tools and technologies, such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or similar solutions.</li><li>Implement and manage ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow to streamline incident management, change management, problem management, and service request fulfillment.</li><li>Implement and enhance monitoring capabilities using tools like Splunk, SolarWinds, Tivoli, or other relevant monitoring tools to ensure proactive monitoring and alerting of infrastructure and applications.</li><li>Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.</li><li>Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure support projects, ensuring successful delivery with a focus on meeting or exceeding SLAs and OLAs.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in collaboration with stakeholders to develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous&nbsp;</li><li>Improvement and innovation in infrastructure operations.</li><li>Experience with ITIL best practices, including incident, problem, and change management.&nbsp;</li><li>Certifications in the relevant areas preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in managing and developing large teams of skilled infrastructure professionals, with a focus on engagement, productivity, continuous improvement, and innovation.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, technical support teams, and vendors.</li><li>The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fields. Masters degree preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong background in the consumer goods industry, with deep understanding of relevant business processes and technologies.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) &amp; AI solutions &amp; Business Process Automation and IOT Solutions.</li><li>The Senior Software Engineer responsibility will be to build and implement RPA/AI / IOT Solutions and participate in Research and Development Projects.</li><li>In this role, the applicant should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.</li></ul> Responsibilities: At least 3 years strong experience in Software Development. <ul><li>Proven experience as a Back-end developer, with proficiency in the following programming languages and technologies:</li><li>Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.</li><li>Back-end: Python, Java, C#, Node.js, Ruby, or PHP.</li><li>Database: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL.</li><li>Experience with AI, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn would be a definite advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of RPA tools and platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism would be a definite advantage.</li><li>Work with the team to design algorithms and flowcharts.  Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.</li><li>Gather and evaluate user feedback.</li><li>Recommend and execute improvements.</li><li>Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.</li><li>Work with clients and software developers to execute RPA &amp; AI initiatives by analysing potential Process for Automation.</li><li>Participate in existing Research &amp; Development Projects in AI and IOT.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree in an appropriate subject (e.g. computer science, Software engineering or any relevant professional certificate(s)) At least 3-5 years hands-on experience in any programming language listed above</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.</li><li>Self-motivated, with a strong drive for continuous learning and personal development.</li></ul>

Role Description: As the Assistant or Lead, App Development, you will have responsibility to provide leadership in the development and management of all the front-end app and web development activities for the company’s digital products, including video, audio and news &amp; entertainment products.&nbsp;Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead a group of web, mobile and TV app developers to develop and maintain several video, audio, news and entertainment apps for online, mobile, Smart TV and media player environments</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, UX managers and designers to specify, compile product requirements and build best in class products</li><li>Where development is outsourced, you will manage and work with vendors to define development specifications, manage the development timelines and project plans, and ensure the apps are designed for quality, best performance and user experience</li><li>Develop performance specifications for the front end apps and web environments that are best in class, market competitive and ensure that the development of the apps deliver on these performance specifications</li><li>Employ agile development methodology in product and app development</li><li>Define and enforce processes for software review, unit testing, QA and documentation</li><li>Conduct regular performance benchmarking with competing products and develop enhancement plans to ensure that the company’s digital products are performing competitively with market benchmarks in their respective categories</li><li>Provide leadership in managing product stakeholders, interdepartmental technology collaborations, providing regular feedback, recommendations and managing expectations to deliver positive outcomes, technology innovation and best practices</li><li>Manage the drafting, issuing and running of tenders to select vendors for the above development activities</li><li>Work closely with vendors in the implementation of the above workstreams to ensure timely delivery of these projects</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering</li><li>Certified Scrum Master would be an added advantage</li><li>At least 12 years for Asst Lead and 15 years of working experience for Lead in software and systems development. They should in supervisory position for more than 7 years.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record in building iOS/Android/Web/Smart TV applications for media or related products, with at least 5 years of hands-on development</li><li>Experience in managing apps for multiple products and large teams of at least 20-25 developers</li><li>Hands-on experience in reviewing, testing and adopting new technology</li><li>Test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium etc</li><li>Expertise in software architecture development</li><li>Knowledge in cloud and CDN infrastructure</li><li>Ability to understand, analyse and articulate business vs operational vs technology impact of activities, development initiatives and work plans</li><li>Experience in managing outsourced vendors and offshore developers will be a distinct advantage</li><li>Agile project management practitioner</li><li>Understand data analytics and deployment</li><li>Understanding UX and development process</li><li>Desired application/programming competencies – Java, Objective C, C++, C#, php, node.js, javascripts, JSON, AJAX, HTML5, Swift, XML, REST, SOAP, XCODE, MVC, CSS, .NET, MySQL, MS SQL</li></ul>
