Responsibilities: Administrative Support: <ul><li>Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.</li><li>Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.</li><li>Manage the plant manager’s communications and act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul> Document Management: <ul><li>Maintain and organize important plant records&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the preparation and tracking of reports related to plant performance, operational costs, and production targets.</li><li>Ensure compliance with plant regulations and documentation standards.</li></ul> Coordination and Communication: <ul><li>Act as a liaison between departments ensures effective communication and smooth operations.</li><li>Coordinate plant-wide meetings, production schedules, and internal communications between staff and management.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and execution of plant meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up on key action items.</li></ul> Data Analysis and Reporting: <ul><li>Assist in gathering, compiling, and analyzing plant performance data to help the Plant Manager&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare reports for the Plant Manager to track key performance indicators (KPIs), production performance, and safety metrics.</li></ul> Process Improvement: <ul><li>Assist with operational efficiency initiatives, providing administrative support to process improvement teams.</li><li>Help manage and track plant projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.</li><li>Provide insights and suggestions to improve plant operations and reduce costs.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in administrative or business support roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience with data analysis and report generation is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul> Additional Skills: <ul><li>Knowledge of plant operations and manufacturing processes is advantageous.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a forward-thinking EUC strategy aligned with the overall IT and business objectives.</li><li>Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance the end-user experience and drive innovation.</li><li>Service Delivery and Management: Oversee the delivery and management of all end-user computing services, including desktop support, laptop management, mobile device management (MDM), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), software deployment, and collaboration tools.</li><li>Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing EUC team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.</li><li>Manage team resources, budgets, and performance.</li><li>End-User Experience: Champion the end-user experience, ensuring that services are user-friendly, reliable, and meet the needs of the business.</li><li>Implement mechanisms for gathering user feedback and continuously improving services.</li><li>Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of all end-user devices and systems, adhering to company policies and industry best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce security measures.</li><li>Asset Management: Oversee the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of Client’s end-user hardware and software assets.</li><li>Ensure accurate inventory management and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Vendor Management: Manage relationships with relevant technology vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and value for money is achieved.</li><li>Evaluate and select new vendors as needed.</li><li>Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with other IT departments (e.g., Infrastructure, Security, Applications) and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of EUC services.</li><li>Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization on EUC-related matters.</li><li>Problem Management and Resolution: Oversee the resolution of complex end-user issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.</li><li>Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring problems.</li><li>Budget Management: Develop and manage the EUC budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and investments.</li><li>Project Management: Oversee the execution of key Technology projects from initiation to successful completion, defining project scope and objectives, develop project plans and ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional quality.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 10 years in a leadership role managing end-user computing services.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of end-user hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), mobile platforms (iOS, Android), desktop virtualization technologies (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Windows365), collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365) and Video Conferencing technologies (Crestron, Microsoft Teams Room).</li><li>Experience with modern device management tools and methodologies (e.g., Intune, Jamf).</li><li>Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support migration of Indirect Procurement processes from Americas countries to Mexico and prepare Indirect Procurement related process documentation (process maps and work instructions)</li><li>Become a Subject Matter Expert for assigned commodities.</li><li>Data or requirement gathering, market desk research, TCO calculation, benchmarking.</li><li>Organizing weekly regional commodity calls with Commodity Management and buyers</li><li>Go-To person in case buyers have commodity specific questions.</li><li>Support and partner with Commodity Management towards strategic projects and business planning and forecasting (prioritization of opportunities based on Saving Potential v/s Effort Required)</li><li>CE’s are expected to help identify projects through spend analytics and opportunity identification.</li><li>CE‘s manage strategic and sourcing projects as assigned by Commodity Management and upon approval of project charter detailing scope, milestones, objectives, timeline</li><li>Manage end-to-end own sourcing project from ideation to contract execution and ordering.</li><li>Sourcing activities to be based on the guidelines in the commodity playbook and other relevant documentation (Standard Operating Procedures)</li><li>Set selection criteria for the suppliers to be invited in RFX’s.</li><li>Understand suppliers and their capabilities.</li><li>Enforce use and acceptance of TE contract templates with all suppliers.</li><li>Collecting supplier quotations.</li><li>Comparing supplier offered prices and proposals.</li><li>Calculate savings as per the quotations.</li><li>Agree on which supplier to select with Commodity Management and/or Stakeholders</li><li>Report productivity in relevant system</li><li>Manage own contracts (redlining, alignment with stakeholders, negotiation with suppliers, interaction with Legal dept.) up to final execution</li><li>Ensure executed contracts are properly uploaded in the contract repository</li><li>Support implementing new contracts, and uploading metadata to contract database</li><li>Participate in Global/Regional Commodity supplier review and internal meetings with TE Stakeholders as required</li><li>Provide commodity specific training to new joiners (buyers)</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable TE policies</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine</li><li>Build relationship with key stakeholders including suppliers</li><li>Build strong relationship with Commodity Management &amp; Buyers</li><li>Attend team meetings and trainings as required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Good Experience in Indirect Procurement (5+ years).</li><li>Previous experience in Strategic Sourcing preferred.</li><li>Good of MS office; very good Excel and other relevant tools for the function.</li><li>SAP PR2, S/4.</li><li>Good communication and organization skill.&nbsp;</li><li>Contract Management Literacy.</li><li>Very good English language skills in speech and writing + additional language on top preferred.</li><li>Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred.</li><li>Good command of other languages is a very important asset.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: <ul><li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, industry trends, and best practices.</li><li>Use your knowledge to clearly convey the value and capabilities of our cybersecurity solutions to potential customers. </li><li>It should be wide-ranging across technology stacks including networking, cloud, and application infrastructures as well as having a good understanding of the cybersecurity vendor landscape.</li></ul> Solution Presentations: <ul><li>Collaborating with the sales team to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our cybersecurity offerings.</li><li>Tailor your presentations to address the specific needs and challenges faced by our diverse customers, ensuring that our solutions align with their requirements.</li></ul> Relationship Building: <ul><li>Establishing deep relationships with prospective customers, including key partners and decision-makers.</li><li>Actively listen to their concerns, understand their goals, and provide personalised solutions that promote diversity and inclusivity within their cybersecurity strategies.</li></ul> Requirements Gathering: <ul><li>Conducting detailed assessments of customer needs, challenges, and existing cybersecurity frameworks.</li><li>Work closely with customers to identify areas for improvement, highlight potential risks, and propose tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.</li></ul> Teamwork <ul><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to provide input on product development, market trends, and customer feedback.</li><li>Contribute to a culture of diversity and inclusion within our organization, promoting equal opportunities for all.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Excellent understanding of cybersecurity concepts (ex. NG Firewall, NG IPS, ZeroTrust, etc.), technologies, and best practice</li><li>Consistent track record in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Maintain the Project Management Office (PMO), managing communications across the contract, tracking assets &amp; documentations and monitoring the progress of work including overseeing the services of our ICT O&amp;M contractors&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize cloud technologies like GCC Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform to conduct end-to-end systems monitoring, problem resolution and to save operating costs</li><li>Familiar with local public sector projects and government policies and processes such as IM8, cybersecurity, data security</li><li>Collaborate with business &amp; technology stakeholders, ICT providers or government agencies and other external parties to drive new initiatives/enhancements</li><li>Offer support in managing, maintaining, and testing IT application systems, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality</li><li>Review project deliverables (e.g. system documentations, monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design/ code) to ensure the completeness for acceptance; and&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure project deliveries complies with relevant policies, standards, and guidelines, and identify and address any compliance gaps.&nbsp;</li><li>project coordination &amp; monitoring, asset management, resource tracking, meeting logistics, service/change request processing, records/document management</li><li>Perform requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process mapping, design thinking, prepare requirement specifications, flow charts, logical diagrams, and initiate process improvements.</li><li>Agile, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management of Information Systems, Information/ Infocom Technology, or related discipline.</li><li>8 years of experience in IT.</li><li>6 + years experience in Public sector.</li><li>Singapore Government (Public Sector) experience is mandate.</li><li>GCC Experience is additional advantage.</li><li>6+ Years Experience, Singapore Government (Public Sector) experience is mandate.</li><li>GCC Experience is additional advantage.</li><li>Maintain the Project Management Office (PMO), managing communications across the contract, tracking assets &amp; documentations and monitoring the progress of work including overseeing the services of our ICT O&amp;M contractors&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>
