Responsibilities: Strategic Growth:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand the derma portfolio and penetrate white spaces in SEA.&nbsp;</li></ul> Brand Leadership:&nbsp; <ul><li>Lead O+O marketing activations for(patients + consumers), with medical at the core. </li><li>Build the medical credibility of the brand in collaboration with the Head of Medical, ensuring alignment with brand DNA.&nbsp;</li></ul> Collaboration &amp; Influence:&nbsp; <ul><li>Build strong relationships with distributor partners and cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul> Entrepreneurial Innovation:&nbsp; <ul><li>Identify opportunities, solve challenges, and implement creative solutions to position Dermatological Beauty as the market leader.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5+ years of experience in a dermatological skincare brand preferred</li><li>Expertise in omnichannel go-to-market strategies, with strong retail and e-commerce expertise.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to deliver operational excellence while maintaining a strategic mindset.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in full-funnel marketing, from awareness to conversion, with a focus on measurable results.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach to tackle new challenges.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in English.</li></ul>

The Role: Manage and drive the Clearing and Forwarding businesses in the West Africa region, to ensure sustainable business growth and performance. The applicant will need to initiate the Freight Forwarding network and footprint expansion strategy across the West Africa Region, to implement Ocean &amp; Air product procurement strategies in key West Africa Region Countries, to implement key Trade Lane strategies, ensuring strategic compliance across the Western African network, and mitigating risk associated to contract liability with network offices/partners. Minimum RequirementsQualifications and Experience Required • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a field related to the position • 10 – 15 years Freight Forwarding experience • MD level experience in Freight Forwarding • Must be willing to travel • Geographical and geopolitical knowledge, ability to interface and communicate with different cultures is essential • 3 years prior experience within the Freight Forwarding industry as a P&amp;L head. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a logistics or clearing and forwarding environment • Good understanding of Import/Export procedures and Incoterms • Prior experience within Commercial / Operations in the industry is preferred Skills Required • Strong networker • Strong analytical skills • Accuracy and attention to detail is a must. • Communication capability at all levels, both internally and externally • Ability to work independently and be a team player simultaneously • Excellent Communication and presentation skills • Work well under pressure, adhere to deadlines and be a self-starter • Ability to work independently and be a team player simultaneously • Must take ownership of the position, be dedicated and innovative • Ability to present the company services and group in a professional manner • Willingness to share knowledge and mentor less experienced team members • Willingness to acquire new skills and gain knowledge and share best practices.&nbsp;

Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for Associate Consultants to join a major Platform Operations workstream in Bangalore.</li><li>The focus will be on enabling and assisting the Customer Platform Operations team to manage and operate a newly deployed Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (OCP Virt) platform in a production environment.</li><li>The consultants will be embedded in the Platform Operation Track, working side-by-side with the customer team to provide operational support, knowledge transfer, and daily assistance with Day 2 tasks.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Support the deployment, operation, and management of the Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization platform in production.</li><li>Assist the Customer Ops team with daily operational tasks and troubleshooting.</li><li>Enable the Ops team to: o Resolve minor issues independently (requiring strong OCP/OCP Virt knowledge).</li><li>Correctly identify significant issues and escalate support cases with the necessary details for fast resolution.</li><li>Share best practices, operational guidelines, and documentation to strengthen the Ops team’s capabilities.</li><li>Contribute to the long-term stability and scalability of the platform.</li></ul> Requirements: Required Skills &amp; Experience&nbsp; <ul><li>Strong, hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and OpenShift Virtualization (OCP Virt).</li><li>Good understanding of containerized environments, Kubernetes, and platform operations.</li><li>Ability to provide operational support and knowledge transfer to customer teams.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with Day 2 operational tasks.</li><li>Good communication skills to work effectively in customer-facing, collaborative environments.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement accurate forecasting models to predict product demand using historical data.</li><li>Leverage time series analysis techniques to generate business insights and drive data-driven decisions.</li><li>Continuously optimize forecasting models to adapt to changing business needs and improve forecast accuracy.</li><li>Apply advanced ML algorithms (e.g., XGBoost, Random Forest, Deep Learning) to solve complex business problems.</li><li>Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.</li><li>Develop and validate machine learning models to support various analytical use cases.</li><li>Design scalable and maintainable data pipelines and architectures to support analytical workflows.</li><li>Ensure high data quality and consistency across multiple data sources.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams to implement best practices in data storage, processing, and governance.</li><li>Build and deploy data solutions on Databricks, leveraging its ML and Spark capabilities.</li><li>Utilize AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, SageMaker) for scalable cloud-based model training and deployment.</li><li>Ensure cost-effective and optimized use of cloud resources in project implementations.</li><li>Design end-to-end analytics and ML solutions tailored to client needs.</li><li>Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution architecture.</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver actionable results.</li><li>Understand key metrics and pain points within manufacturing and supply chain operations.</li><li>Use domain knowledge to frame problems accurately and drive impactful analytical outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between analytics and business goals.</li><li>Understand SAP modules related to supply chain and manufacturing (e.g., MM, PP, SD) Use SAP knowledge to enhance data modeling and business context understanding.</li></ul> Requirement: <ul><li>Skills Required: o Strong proficiency in Python o Expertise in Time Series Forecasting and Demand Forecasting o Familiarity with Advanced ML Algorithms and Data Analysis o Must have experience in Data Architecture – practical exposure required o Hands-on experience with Databricks and AWS (should be visible in past projects) o Design and solutioning experience highly valued</li><li>Strong background in data architecture, solution design, and end-to-end ML model lifecycle</li><li>Experience as Data Architect, Solution Architect, or in equivalent architectural roles</li><li>Should come from a product-based or data engineering-focused startup background</li></ul>
