Field offices are located in Abqaiq, Riyadh, Ras Tanura, Dhahran, Udhailiyah, Jeddah (including Yanbu and Jazan), and Tanajib. Through these offices, LP provides its services to all company facilities which are located all over the Kingdom.The primary function of a Loss Prevention Engineer is to provide daily support to line organizations and facilities, to help them manage safety properly and also assure compliance to all company safety requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>Act as single point of contact for assigned proponent organizations.Provide ongoing support to proponent organizations to assist them in implementing the companys Safety Management System, and meeting safety objectives and expectations. This includes assisting proponent organizations in developing safety processes related to risk assessment and management, safety training, asset integrity, safe operations, contractor safety, emergency preparedness, incident investigations, etc.Conduct field inspections/reviews of onshore and/or offshore oil/gas facilities, project construction sites, drilling rigs, and support facilities, such as office buildings, warehouses, and communities. This includes working with proponent organizations to identify safety concerns, formulate solutions, and develop practical and cost-effective corrective actions.&nbsp;Participate in various safety studies/activities, such as: PHAs, HAZOPs, JSAs, incident investigations, compliance reviews, or insurance surveys.&nbsp;Participate in or lead risk studies or conduct consequence analyses, e.g., toxic gas dispersion modelling.&nbsp;Develop and update safety standards, instructions, codes, and formalize them into company documented practices, as required.Review project designs for new and upgraded facilities for compliance with company and industry safety standards, as required.&nbsp;Respond to emergency situations and incidents, either during or after regular working hours, to provide technical assistance and advice.&nbsp;Participate in developing and promoting on- and off-job safety educational programs, to address safety issues or concerns. Assigned tasks may include: preparation of articles for publication, development of promotional materials, and delivery of presentations.Act as a mentor to other Loss Prevention engineers.Participate in contractor prequalification evaluation activities.Review proponent and contractor safety submittals for compliance to corporate requirements.Deliver Loss Prevention specific training to proponents and contractors, as directed.Provide safety support to the companys affiliates, as directed.&nbsp;<h2>Minimum Requirements:</h2><ul><li>As the successful candidate, you must hold a Bachelor degree in one of the following: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.</li><li>You will have 7 years of experience as a safety professional in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, or related industries, including a strong track record in delivering results.&nbsp;The experience should be comprehensive, covering both occupational and process safety..&nbsp;</li><li>You must have an excellent ability to communicate in English with peers as well as members of management, and be able to produce clear and concise oral and written reports in English.</li><li>Have knowledge of modern safety management systems, processes, and techniques applicable to the oil and gas industry; as well as international fire and safety codes, recommended practices, and specifications.</li></ul>&nbsp;<h2>Desired Competencies</h2><ul><li>Knowledge/experience of risk assessment and mitigation methodologies, such as the development and review of risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and method statements.</li><li>Understanding of the hazards related to oil and gas producing/processing and their relevant controls (e.g., the hazards associated with hydrogen sulfide and other hazardous materials, and plant isolation).</li><li>Knowledge of critical, yet universal safety tasks and control methodologies related to general work (e.g., work at height, confined space entry, and working in or around excavations).</li><li>Knowledge of work permit/authorization processes and their field application.</li><li>Knowledge of job task measurement methodologies (i.e., field-based audits/inspections of work processes related to critical and hazardous tasks).</li><li>Experience in contractor safety and management of contractors at work sites (e.g., contractor selection and prequalification, monitoring of work site compliance, and measurement of performance). Role Description: <ul><li>We occupy a unique position in the global energy industry.</li><li>We are the worlds largest producer of hydrocarbons (oil and gas), with the lowest upstream carbon intensity of any major producer.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform in-depth plant monitoring and optimize performance of Hydrogen/Hydrotreating units by overseen unit’s operation and economics losses.</li><li>Issue detailed reports to recommend changes supported by simulation models’ result to optimize unit operation.</li><li>Lead unit operations troubleshooting and investigating off-spec. products and plant trips/ upsets and manage the required deliverables.</li><li>Support Operations during turnaround and unplanned Shutdowns / Startups by understanding the unit operating conditions and transient effects to recommend operations improvements</li><li>Perform specific tasks such as, but not limited to catalyst forecast/ evaluation, test runs, de-bottlenecking studies, due-diligence assessment, enhancement studies, HAZOP studies.</li><li>Lead process safety management overseeing HAZOP, PSR, SIL, PSSR, QRA, and Alarm Rationalization. Lead HAZOP/Process Safety Reviews of plant operations as well as new modifications.</li><li>Manage long and short-term projects by proposing major projects to improve safety, reliability and profitability.</li><li>Prepare design requests, budget justifications and detailed implementation plans for economically justifiable projects.</li><li>Also, develop detailed engineering design packages for in-house process-oriented projects and follow up on implementation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>You must hold a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.</li><li>You should have a minimum of 15 years total refinery process units experience (process engineering and operations) with at least 10 years’ experience in handling Hydrogen/Hydrotreating units.</li><li>Exposure to different licensor technologies for Hydrogen/Hydrotreating is essential.</li><li>Certified PHA/HAZOP leader.</li><li>Familiarity and understanding of the best practices, design principles, international engineering standards and specifications relevant to operation of the concerned process units</li></ul>

Project Management Teams are directly responsible and accountable for the delivery of best in class capital projects assigned to specific departments. PMT is directly involved in executing and managing projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. This will involve engineering design, procurement and construction of various sizes, types and complexity of small, medium to multi-billion dollar mega size projects. Currently, some of these mega projects include the Marjan Increment Program, the Crude Oil to Chemicals Program, the Gas Compression Program, the Berri &amp; Zuluf Increment and AMIRAL Program.&nbsp;Project Teams are assembled in multiple site offices geographically scattered throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to deliver these best-in-class projects. There are various new projects, as well as, expansions requiring qualified personnel and are under recruitment.﻿Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to perform the following:&nbsp;<ul><li>Complete resource loaded schedules in order to ensure standards of productivity are utilized in the schedule.</li><li>Collect all timing data in order to plan and schedule the full scope of WORK.</li><li>Work with Design Consultants and Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contractors in developing baseline critical path schedules and progress measurement systems.</li><li>Create a Work Breakdown Structure&nbsp;that contractors can use to develop their baseline schedules and progress measurement systems that enables subsequent reporting in the systems.</li><li>Understand and follow schedule management best practices.</li><li>Prepare all presentation materials to convey the plans and schedules to the project team and stakeholders.</li><li>Assist the project team with evaluation of reported progress and status of critical activities with particular attention to deviations from planned activities.</li><li>Participate in project team meetings including financial forecasting session to ensure schedule and cost alignment.</li><li>Assist cost engineers with timing information in order for cost forecasting accuracy.</li><li>Understand cost weightings as it applies to progress systems for reporting weighted progress reports.</li><li>Update, revise and detail schedules as projects progress through development and execution stages including updating the schedules based on earned-value data from the Field Construction Analysts and other sources of construction tracking and reporting information.</li><li>Develop and record the projects historical schedule information and lessons learned.</li></ul> Minimum Requirements<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">You will have a minimum of 12 years’ experience with at least 10 years’ Experience specifically performing the development of baseline critical path schedules (Using ORACLE Primavera software version 15.2 or later) and progress measurement systems in order to plan, update, track, analyze and report WORK performance for all phases of the project.</li></ul>&nbsp;Working environmentOur high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly.And because, as a global energy company, we are faced with addressing some of the world’s biggest technical, logistical and environmental challenges, we invest heavily in talent development.We have a proud history of educating and training our workforce over many decades.
