Responsibilities: <ul><li>Participate in oversea transfer program and ensure molding machines, mold tooling’s and processes are installed and qualified promptly for production.</li><li>Initiate tooling, process and quality improvements to improve productivity.</li><li>Assist production and quality departments in analyse and troubleshooting to achieve good quality products.</li><li>Provide Engineering support to the production team during new product start-up and initial production.</li><li>Provide cost estimates for new of molding projects / tooling’s to the Project Management Team for project cost simulation.</li><li>Perform DFM (design for manufacturability) on new products, participate in the concept development of molds, automations and manual processes.</li><li>Standardize, improve tool design to achieve optimized lead-time, cost and safety requirement.</li><li>Carry out qualification tests on molds, machine and manual process</li><li>Ensure that all production machines, tooling and equipment which are being procured, installed and qualified promptly for production.</li><li>Investigate identify root causes and establish Corrective, Preventive Plan with effectiveness</li><li>Participate in Process FMEA and Design FMEA</li><li>Create and maintain mold drawings, standard work for the production.</li><li>Train and guide Mold Technicians in Mold maintenance and setup.</li><li>Participate in 6-Sigma projects, Kaizen events and other Improvement activities.</li><li>Perform any other duties which may be needed by the company related to engineering and production matters.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist production and quality departments in analyses and troubleshooting to achieving good quality products.</li><li>Initiate and implement programs such as continuous improvements, scrap reduction, cost reduction of raw material, cycle time reduction.</li><li>Provide Engineering support to the production team during new product start-up and initial production.</li><li>Perform DFM, provide concept development, cost estimates for new molding tools to the Project Management Team for project cost simulation.</li><li>Develop and optimize new product manufacturing process.</li><li>Follow company specifications and comply with environmental management system’s procedures.</li><li>Follow company WSH specifications and procedures and ensure that staffs comply.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering.</li><li>2-3 years relevant working experience in a Manufacturing environment.</li><li>Familiar with Pro-E (Creo), SolidWorks or AUTOCAD.</li><li>Good knowledge in design &amp; development of Injection molds.</li><li>Good knowledge in tool making, tool-steel application / selection and heat treatment process.</li><li>Familiar with Molding automation process.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Manufacturing Process Development: <ul><li>Define, review and confirm the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.</li><li>Coordinate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review, and initiate Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) with core team members.</li><li>Prepare documentations and process specifications for production.</li><li>Lead team in identification, tracking and resolution of engineering issues using the Failure Analysis and Corrective Action (FACA) form.</li><li>Continuous manufacturing process improvement with company OA tools for cost reduction.</li></ul> Assembly Tool, Fixture and Equipment Development: <ul><li>Evaluate new tool, fixture, and equipment demand/cost for new projects.</li><li>Design and review the tool, fixture and equipment with core team members meeting company engineering and EHS requirement.&nbsp;</li><li>Upload all tooling prints to company data management system(DM.TEC, PDMLink, etc.)</li><li>Discuss and review details of tool/fixture/equipment with outside supplier.</li><li>Follow up the purchasing process to fabricate new tool/fixture/equipment.</li></ul> Qualification for Manufacturing process, Tool, Fixture, and Equipment: <ul><li>Condition all tool, fixture and equipment, lead the tool/fixture/equipment qualification by running samples or LVM.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up the documentations for qualification, using company standard format and follow up the approval.</li><li>Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve engineering issues, make sure the manufacturing process capability meet engineering, quality and customer requirement.</li></ul> Technician Guidance: <ul><li>Coach, train and develop operator and technician in order to ensure their technique could be succeed and get continuous upgraded.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above.
