<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Analyze demand, demographics, infrastructure and overall market evolution for the geographical areas where the retail activities are present or where there is intention to expand.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop site segmentation tools and evaluate competitive scenario.</li><li>Review operational details, investment valuations, plans, costs, and actions.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the development of the retail operating models, the merchandising strategy, supply chain and partnerships for the c-store operation.</li><li>Coordinate across markets the offer for the car washes and oil change services.</li><li>Oversee the introduction of specialty fuel products and coordinate pricing strategies across markets and affiliates.</li><li>Ensure the transfer of best practices in retail operations across the markets and affiliates.&nbsp;</li><li>Set up an investment review process and implement a regular performance analysis for new investments to verify the achievements against the original business plan parameters. Make recommendations both in terms of investment planning and definition of assumptions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor in Business administration, Marketing, Economics or Engineering discipline</li><li>At least ten years of experience in fuel retail operations matured at different organizational levels within major international oil companies.&nbsp;</li><li>Exposure to corporate level / international oversight roles is essential.&nbsp;</li></ul>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop chemical process yields, qualities, opex, and mass balances for process configurations in the refining and petrochemical units.</li><li>Strong experience in chemical derivatives, steam cracking, polymers, aromatics, SRU ammonia, and hydrogen production process licensor selection and technology analysis</li><li>Develop refinery and petrochemical units ORMP, flawless project delivery, stand-up, operation philosophy, and operation general instruction.</li><li>Develop refinery and petrochemical units control logic, cause, and effect.</li><li>Review and update refinery and petrochemical redline drawings.</li><li>Provide technical support for capital projects involving petrochemical units at various stages of the project life cycle (pre-feasibility, feasibility, pre-feed, feed basic design, detailed engineering, and construction).</li><li>Researching new technologies, regulations, and other factors that may affect business models</li><li>Strong experience in refinery-chemical integration strategies, competitiveness, and benchmarking</li><li>Analyzing the market and identifying opportunities for business growth</li><li>Conducting research on competitors to identify opportunities for new products</li><li>Provide technical input to LP, economic modeling, and capital efficiency.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations in the financial model output and the ability to guide management to select the best configurations for LTC project cases.</li><li>Developing effective project execution strategies, plans, and teams</li><li>Establishing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones in order to generate revenue</li><li>Deliver the tools, templates, and systems to ensure the safe, passionate, and flawless delivery of the project.</li><li>Liaison between project management and technical disciplines to achieve integration across all project disciplines.</li><li>Ensure scope, risk, and interfaces are captured; manage interfaces between internal and external parties and document them.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering preferred advanced degree.</li><li>At least 15 years of experience with a focus in the Refining &amp; Petrochemicals Operation.</li><li>At least 3 years’ Experience in the Linear Programming (LP) &amp; Economics Modeling.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Support in managing and running online platforms - all user experience / user interface.</li><li>Support in keeping content on our online platforms up-to-date and deploying all add-ons, updates etc. (across language versions).</li><li>Support in monitoring and optimizing online platforms performance (views, bounce rate etc.)</li><li>Support in running day-to-day online operations (product/service range, new listings, promotional campaigns, other activities) and solutions for programs, initiatives, campaigns.</li><li>Support in managing new/existing features and user experience enhancements and/or global implementations, in collaboration with Customer Experience team.</li><li>Brief Digital Hub and/or agencies for all content and user experience.</li><li>Monitor web analytics to identify and resolving issues related to website/online operations performance and recommend improvements to enhance customer journey (find, explore, experience, buy) and drive growth.</li><li>Support in improving Search Engine Optimization, user experience and user journey on website.</li><li>Propose, test, and bring to life new up-to-date features and tools for online operations and website visibility.</li><li>Support in managing, optimizing, enhancing user experience, and monitoring the performance of 3rd party marketplaces.</li><li>Support in managing the operational relation with 3rd party marketplaces.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital / e-Commerce.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong project management skills.</li><li>Fluency in English &amp; French (Spoken and Written).</li></ul>
