Minimum RequirementsQualifications and Experience Required • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a field related to the position • 10 – 15 years Freight Forwarding experience • MD level experience in Freight Forwarding • Must be willing to travel • Geographical and geopolitical knowledge, ability to interface and communicate with different cultures is essential • 3 years prior experience within the Freight Forwarding industry as a P&amp;L head. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a logistics or clearing and forwarding environment • Good understanding of Import/Export procedures and Incoterms • Prior experience within Commercial / Operations in the industry is preferred Skills Required • Strong networker • Strong analytical skills • Accuracy and attention to detail is a must. • Communication capability at all levels, both internally and externally • Ability to work independently and be a team player simultaneously • Excellent Communication and presentation skills • Work well under pressure, adhere to deadlines and be a self-starter • Ability to work independently and be a team player simultaneously • Must take ownership of the position, be dedicated and innovative • Ability to present the company services and group in a professional manner • Willingness to share knowledge and mentor less experienced team members • Willingness to acquire new skills and gain knowledge and share best practices.&nbsp;

Job Overview: <ul><li>Supervise team to execute toolroom production operation and keep continuous improvement (e.g. new equipment, technology and material introduction, process optimization, employee suggestions adoption etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>with the objective of ensuring toolroom production operation run smoothly and on time delivery , and improve product quality, Designing of electrodes, production efficiency and reduce product scrap rate within company and toolroom production policies and procedures.</li></ul> Responsibilities: People Management and Development: <ul><li>Allocate and balance work across direct reports</li><li>Review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports</li><li>Mentor, develop and motivate them</li><li>Resolve people issues in the team in order to achieve targeted department performance and enhance staffs capability and working passion.</li></ul> Toolroom Production Management: <ul><li>Develop toolroom production plan</li><li>Allocate manpower based on toolroom production plan</li><li>Monitor toolroom production plan execution and product quality</li><li>Monitor 5S, ISO9000, security discipline execution</li><li>Check and monitor production report in order to ensure toolroom production operation run smoothly and improve product quality, production efficiency, on time delivery and reduce product scrap rate.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education, Technical Qualification</li><li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>3 years toolroom related work experience Personal Attributes &amp; Competencies Communication skill, coordination skill, execution</li></ul>
