Responsibilities: <ul><li>Understand Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, and other requirements to design and develop next-generation electrical interconnect products to support the team’s focus within Outdoor LED Lighting and harsh environment connectivity.&nbsp;</li><li>Handle all aspects involved in New Product Development process from initial requirements gathering to production phase.&nbsp;</li><li>Generate concepts and detailed designs using development methods such as DFMEA, Tolerance Analysis, DFSS, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate the execution of design validation product testing and certification according to international standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Design and documentation of precision stamped and molded electromechanical component assemblies.&nbsp;</li><li>De-risk product design by initiating and/or performing FEM and support analysis for critical items.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage directly with customers to clearly present designs for technical review and comment.&nbsp;</li><li>Optimize product designs for cost-efficient and high-quality manufacturing (DFM).&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize Design to Value (DTV) methodology to optimize product cost to increase product competitiveness.&nbsp;</li><li>Review and comment on First Article Approvals, Process Capability Studies, 8D reports, and other quality product analyses.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with Product Lifecycle Management, engineering documentation, and change management systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage with multi-functional global project teams consisting of Sales, Product Management, Project Management, Operations/Manufacturing, Quality, Global Product Approvals, and Outside Vendors.&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshoot design issues during testing and production startup.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: What Your Background Should Look Like&nbsp; <ul><li>Proven experience using 3D CAD design tools (Creo experience is a plus).&nbsp;</li><li>Experienced in Microsoft Office applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of LEAN Product Development Cycle and Processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in design of small plastic or metal components.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic knowledge in the selection of plastic or metal base materials and evaluation of material properties.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge and use of finite element modeling/analysis to enable design refinement (Ansys experience preferred).&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to interact with customers to gather needs, transfer into technical requirements, and deliver conceptual solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and accurately across multi-cultural groups.&nbsp;</li><li>Self-motivated, adaptive, passionate about results, and a good team player.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong technical aptitude with willingness to learn new technologies quickly.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated experience of working in a fast-paced/changing environment&nbsp;</li><li>with the ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities, and multiple projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of Global Certifications and Regulatory Standards (UL, IEC, etc.) is an added advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent communication and presentation skills in English.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge in basic quality techniques and engineering change management.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in design of experiments/test plan development to support design validation activities.&nbsp;</li><li>7+ years minimum experience working in an engineering capacity.&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an engineering field (Mechanical Engineering preferred).</li><li>Domestic travel may be required.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Brand Strategy &amp; Development:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and execute the brand strategy for consumer healthcare products to drive market growth and strengthen brand equity.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the healthcare industry.&nbsp;</li><li>Position the brand effectively to meet consumer needs and capitalize on market opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Define clear brand positioning, messaging, and values that resonate with target audiences and differentiate from competitors.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop sales tools to support the selling process&nbsp;</li></ul> Campaign Management &amp; Execution:&nbsp; <ul><li>Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, TV, social media, and influencer marketing.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure marketing campaigns align with the overall brand strategy and deliver measurable results(e.g., sales growth, brand awareness, consumer engagement).&nbsp;</li></ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration:&nbsp; <ul><li>Work closely with product development, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure brand and product initiatives meet compliance standards and align with business goals&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including sales collateral, product training, and consumer insights.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with the supply chain and distribution teams to ensure product availability and proper distribution in key retail outlets.&nbsp;</li></ul> Market Analysis &amp; Consumer Insights:&nbsp; <ul><li>Analyze consumer Behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and potential challenges.&nbsp;</li><li>Leverage data analytics to measure brand performance and adjust strategies based on insights (e.g., market share, customer satisfaction, and product usage).&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct consumer surveys, focus groups, and other research to gather valuable feedback and inform product development and brand strategies.&nbsp;</li></ul> Brand Communication &amp; Public Relations:&nbsp; <ul><li>Oversee the brand’s communication strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels (advertising, public relations, digital platforms).&nbsp;</li><li>Develop key messaging that aligns with the brand’s values and resonates with the target market.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.&nbsp;</li></ul> Product Lifecycle Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Monitor product performance and oversee the lifecycle of products from launch to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market demand.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate product launches, ensuring that all relevant marketing materials, channels, and promotional activities are ready for a successful introduction to the market.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the R&amp;D and product teams to inform product innovation based on consumer feedback and market analysis.&nbsp;</li></ul> Budget Management &amp; Reporting:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Track and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize ROI&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership, including sales metrics, market share analysis, and campaign results</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, Brand Management) is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand management and/ trade marketing experience, preferably in the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, consumer healthcare products, and market dynamics.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and product positioning.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical abilities, including experience with market research, data analysis, and performance metrics.&nbsp;</li><li>Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and influencer engagement.&nbsp;</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross functionally.&nbsp;</li><li>Creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and execute them effectively&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strategically focused, results oriented with strong problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is a must</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Dealer Relationship Management: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers to drive revenue, volume, market share, and profitability.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Communicate weekly with dealers and visit each dealer location at least once per month.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Evaluate dealer sales performance and market share; recommend and implement corrective actions where needed.</li></ul> Sales Planning &amp; Execution: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Plan and forecast billing, retail orders, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Prospect and onboard new dealerships following established new dealer guidelines.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist new dealers with merchandising programs, ordering processes, and dealership branding.</li></ul> Events &amp; Promotions: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Plan, participate, and support special events such as rodeos, corporate and dealer farm shows, and sporting events within the territory.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Organize and conduct regional dealer meetings as required.</li></ul> Training &amp; Support: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Coordinate and deliver training for new dealers covering computer systems, sales processes, marketing programs, product knowledge, advertising, parts, and service.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Collaborate with the Service Manager to facilitate product and sales training.</li></ul> Market Intelligence &amp; Product Feedback: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct competitive intelligence and product-price positioning analyses to maintain a competitive advantage.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Test and evaluate new products, recommend improvements, and suggest new product additions.</li></ul> Logistics &amp; Coordination: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist with the logistics of tractors/equipment for photo shoots, events, and other requirements within the territory.</li></ul> Requirements: Education &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5+ years of field sales/channel management experience in the construction, industrial, or agricultural equipment industry.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of product categories, dealership operations, and assigned territory.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for interaction with dealers, vendors, employees, and all levels of management.</li><li>Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver business growth.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet tools.</li><li>Strong presentation skills for small and large group settings.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul> Other Requirements: <ul><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.</li><li>Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required by the role.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and manage the Compact Tractor business P&amp;L, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability targets.</li><li>Partner with Finance and Sales to develop accurate forecasts, pricing models, and incentive programs.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Product Development, Service, Finance, Marketing, Parts, Operations, and Supply Chain to create and execute business plans.</li><li>Lead and manage product launches with key internal stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing teams and agencies to develop advertising, digital content, brochures, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and more.</li><li>Design and implement multi-level promotional and dealer engagement strategies, including launch events.</li><li>Develop branding and communication strategies aligned with targeted marketing initiatives.</li><li>Support training development programs for dealers on product features, sales approaches, and after-sales support.</li><li>Work with Regional Sales Managers to ensure effective utilization of Coop programs and local marketing execution.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of annual operating plans and budgets.</li><li>Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and market expansion opportunities.</li><li>Translate customer insights and research into successful brand strategies.</li><li>Monitor and adjust marketing execution based on local market needs and sensitivities.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Master’s Degree required (MBA preferred).</li><li>3–5+ years of experience in product development, branding, sales, or marketing within relevant industries.</li><li>Strong strategic and tactical planning abilities grounded in market analysis.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a flat organizational structure and matrixed business environment.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret competitor actions and customer behavior.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of rural markets, especially in the U.S.</li><li>Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.</li><li>High standards of customer service and team collaboration.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Physical ability to perform the duties as described (occasional standing, walking, kneeling, etc.).</li><li>Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.</li></ul>
