Responsibilities: <ul><li>Forecasts financial, manpower, and operational requirements for key businesses (start up, warranty, service agreements, paid service). Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee distributor relationships, shipment delivery, depletion tracking, and overall operations</li><li>Manage all aspects of On and Off Trade execution</li><li>Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, A&amp;P budgets, and claim settlements for operational excellence</li><li>Ensuring brand availability, menu listing, and appropriate pricing in on premise outlets</li><li>Monitor outlet level inventory and plan stock replenishment aligned with sales opportunities</li><li>Ensure products are correctly priced, ticketed, and displayed across unpaid shelves and paid elements (wall bays, gondolas, shelf in shelf)</li><li>Execute in store visibility initiatives and build impactful displays as per annual plans</li><li>Manage visibility and activation calendars, ensuring flawless execution of brand experiences</li><li>Plan, execute, and review gift pack promotions to deliver pre aligned objectives</li><li>Deliver merchandising services tailored to diverse customer needs</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with counter salesmen, bar managers, restaurant managers, and general managers</li><li>Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Self-motivator</li><li>Liquor Industry experience of 3+yrs</li><li>Ability to network and build relationships</li><li>Previous merchandising &amp;/or retail experience</li><li>Knowledge of retail activation planning/ management/ operation</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Basic to intermediate MS Office (word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)</li><li>Ability to work varied hours</li><li>Knowledge of the Liquor industry and regulatory environment, and communication guidelines</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Select the desired employees and develop, implement, and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection.&nbsp;</li><li>They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet, and print media.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and culture.</li><li>Manage end-to-end hiring process: Source, resume screen, phone screen, schedule interviews, Offer documentation and onboarding</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 6+ years of experience required for this role.</li><li>Should possess expert knowledge and innovative skills to source and attract active &amp; passive talent from different sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals and local outreach to identify potential candidates</li><li>Communication and Stakeholder management is key to be successful in this role as you work with global stakeholders and matrix organization</li><li>Good understanding of the engineering manufacturing industries in the local market, able to map talents, develop business intelligence for sourcing strategies and techniques</li></ul> Qualification <ul><li>Experience in handling end-to-end Talent Attraction Process [Source to Onboard]</li><li>Be able to develop Recruiting Strategies basis the skill demand and complexities</li><li>Expert knowledge and Hands-on in preparing market research, Market/Talent mapping using various tools such as Talent Neuron, Draup, LinkedIn Talent Insight</li><li>Data driven: able to analyse, slice &amp; dice data, develop insights from data and be able to make decisions to drive hiring strategies</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage the recruitment process end to end&nbsp;</li><li>Keep an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers.</li><li>Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the position’s requirements and attract talent to Company</li><li>Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the Company-culture and strategy.</li><li>Sourcing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels</li><li>Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments</li><li>Run regular updates to hiring managers</li><li>Will need to make presentations to senior management</li><li>Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision</li><li>Proposing employment offers in line with Company guidelines</li><li>Run reference checks when needed</li><li>Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.</li><li>Implement employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally</li><li>Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events</li><li>Foster long-term relationships with candidates</li><li>Conduct Hiring manager and Brand ambassador workshops</li><li>Maintain strong connections with HR colleagues within Company to share best practices</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Work experience as a recruiter with relevant experience with average of 7-10 years</li><li>Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks</li><li>Experience with headhunting for mid to senior positions</li><li>Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques.</li><li>Experience with assessments is a plus but not a must</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Good relationship building skills</li><li>Growth mindset and learning agility</li><li>Passion and desire to make a difference</li></ul>

Events &amp; Partnerships <ul><li>Plan and execute key events, exhibitions, and fundraising initiatives</li><li>Coordinate with partners, agencies, and stakeholders</li><li>Support partnership communications and joint initiatives</li><li>Manage PR and social media agencies effectively</li></ul> 5.
