Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for all sales and marketing tactics development across the brand lifecycle</li><li>Establish brand-specific HCP domain expertise, and create engaging brand centered content and concepts for adaption into personalized and tailored customer experiences.</li><li>Embed to engage patients and drive customer behavior change across the full brand lifecycle.</li><li>Coordinate the branding and communications process through press releases, advertising in trade journals, development of key messages, channels, targeting and marketing campaign.</li><li>Review marketing briefs to ensure alignment between agency partners and brand team</li><li>Contribute to Market Research activities to support inline products, and business development opportunities</li><li>Primary point of contact for the brand division relating to customer engagements, whether direct or via 3rd party partner.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline with a successful track record in Generic or Brand pharmaceutical marketing with 7+ years relevant experience with increasing job responsibilities.</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>Comprehensive strategic and implementation marketing experience where the individual has successfully driven market share against pharmaceutical competitors.</li><li>Experience in utilizing digital and other non-personal communication channels including efficiency and effectiveness optimization.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan and execute multiple short- and long-term projects, while meeting all deadlines.</li></ul> Skills: <ul><li>Strong analytical skills, prior experience working with forecasts, analyzing market research results to turn data into actionable insights, and impactful communication strategies as a means to improve and grow the business.</li><li>High level of computer office proficiency required, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Word</li><li>Proficiency in managing and directing agencies and strategic vendors.</li><li>Managing and working within budgets.</li></ul> Behavior: <ul><li>High energy, and a passionate champion for the business with an ability to quickly establish credibility throughout the organization.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills and an ability to work with diverse internal and external constituents.</li><li>Strong ability to identify/anticipate opportunities, challenges and road blocks, while maintaining a solutions-focused approach and develop plans accordingly.</li><li>Ability to collaborate across multiple priorities and internal and external functional groups.</li><li>Respiratory and/or NeuroScience therapeutic area experience preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support people management and leadership development by providing guidance on decisions related to performance, development, and talent retention;</li><li>Partner with managers to understand team needs and recommend HR practices that maximize employee performance and engagement;</li><li>Contribute to succession planning and create retention strategies, using benefits as a strategic engagement tool;</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational climate, with an emphasis on employee well-being and benefits optimization;</li><li>Manage and optimize the company’s benefits portfolio, including health plans, meal vouchers, private pension plans, insurance, among others;</li><li>Act as a liaison between the benefits area, vendors, and the procurement department, ensuring proper contract management;</li><li>Monitor the usage and costs of benefits, seeking cost-effective solutions that meet organizational and employee needs;</li><li>Review and implement benefits policies in line with organizational changes and market trends;</li><li>Serve as the point of contact to clarify questions about benefits and HR policies, ensuring effective and clear communication;</li><li>Create and execute internal campaigns to promote understanding of the offered benefits and optimize employee utilization;</li><li>Provide consultative support to leadership and employees on topics related to benefits and well-being;</li><li>Conduct detailed cost analyses of benefits, ensuring compliance with company budget and proposing optimizations to improve program efficiency;</li><li>Ensure all benefit programs and HR practices comply with labor laws and local regulations;</li><li>Manage legal changes that impact benefits, adjusting internal policies as necessary.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;</li><li>English fluency: Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is required for communication with international teams and stakeholders;</li><li>Postgraduate studies in People Management, Strategic Human Resources Management, or related areas are a plus;</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with significant focus on HRBP and Benefits Management;</li><li>Previous experience in global or international organizations, with a strong understanding of different business models;</li><li>Experience in negotiating and managing benefits suppliers;</li><li>Consultative experience with leaders and support in developing organizational strategies;</li><li>Knowledge of labor and benefits practices and regulations, along with a solid understanding of applicable legislation;</li><li>Proficiency in HR data analysis, particularly regarding benefit costs and program effectiveness.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support migration of Indirect Procurement processes from Americas countries to Mexico and prepare Indirect Procurement related process documentation (process maps and work instructions)</li><li>Become a Subject Matter Expert for assigned commodities.</li><li>Data or requirement gathering, market desk research, TCO calculation, benchmarking.</li><li>Organizing weekly regional commodity calls with Commodity Management and buyers</li><li>Go-To person in case buyers have commodity specific questions.</li><li>Support and partner with Commodity Management towards strategic projects and business planning and forecasting (prioritization of opportunities based on Saving Potential v/s Effort Required)</li><li>CE’s are expected to help identify projects through spend analytics and opportunity identification.</li><li>CE‘s manage strategic and sourcing projects as assigned by Commodity Management and upon approval of project charter detailing scope, milestones, objectives, timeline</li><li>Manage end-to-end own sourcing project from ideation to contract execution and ordering.</li><li>Sourcing activities to be based on the guidelines in the commodity playbook and other relevant documentation (Standard Operating Procedures)</li><li>Set selection criteria for the suppliers to be invited in RFX’s.</li><li>Understand suppliers and their capabilities.</li><li>Enforce use and acceptance of TE contract templates with all suppliers.</li><li>Collecting supplier quotations.</li><li>Comparing supplier offered prices and proposals.</li><li>Calculate savings as per the quotations.</li><li>Agree on which supplier to select with Commodity Management and/or Stakeholders</li><li>Report productivity in relevant system</li><li>Manage own contracts (redlining, alignment with stakeholders, negotiation with suppliers, interaction with Legal dept.) up to final execution</li><li>Ensure executed contracts are properly uploaded in the contract repository</li><li>Support implementing new contracts, and uploading metadata to contract database</li><li>Participate in Global/Regional Commodity supplier review and internal meetings with TE Stakeholders as required</li><li>Provide commodity specific training to new joiners (buyers)</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable TE policies</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine</li><li>Build relationship with key stakeholders including suppliers</li><li>Build strong relationship with Commodity Management &amp; Buyers</li><li>Attend team meetings and trainings as required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Good Experience in Indirect Procurement (5+ years).</li><li>Previous experience in Strategic Sourcing preferred.</li><li>Good of MS office; very good Excel and other relevant tools for the function.</li><li>SAP PR2, S/4.</li><li>Good communication and organization skill.&nbsp;</li><li>Contract Management Literacy.</li><li>Very good English language skills in speech and writing + additional language on top preferred.</li><li>Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred.</li><li>Good command of other languages is a very important asset.</li></ul>
