Responsibilities: Lean Deployment &amp; Strategy <ul><li>Develop and execute site-level continuous improvement and our client deployment plans aligned with business and operational goals.</li><li>Lead implementation of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, SMED, Standard Work, Visual Factory, etc.).</li><li>Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the plant through structured initiatives and training.</li></ul>&nbsp;Leadership &amp; Capability Building <ul><li>Mentor and support our client practitioners and Kaizen facilitators.</li><li>Train employees, leadership, and staff on Lean tools and methodologies.</li><li>Promote lean thinking, operational excellence, and problem-solving capabilities across teams.</li></ul>&nbsp;Project &amp; Performance Management <ul><li>Lead continuous improvement projects and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and ensure achievement of operational targets.</li><li>Manage deployment plans at both site and functional levels.</li><li>Track, validate, and report cost savings and operational improvements.</li></ul>&nbsp;Operational Excellence <ul><li>Develop value stream maps and implement improvement strategies.</li><li>Facilitate Kaizen events and ensure sustainability of improvements.</li><li>Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve quality, and optimize processes.</li><li>Ensure visibility and accountability of improvement actions across stakeholders.</li></ul> Stakeholder Collaboration <ul><li>Partner with site leadership to meet operational and financial goals.</li><li>Communicate progress, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives effectively.</li><li>Replicate best practices and share success stories across the organization.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: Education <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (required)</li><li>Master’s degree (preferred)</li></ul>&nbsp;Experience <ul><li>5–7 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial engineering</li><li>3–5 years of hands-on Lean/Continuous Improvement experience</li><li>Proven track record of driving successful Lean transformations and delivering measurable results</li><li>Experience leading value stream-level improvement initiatives</li></ul>&nbsp;Technical &amp; Functional Skills <ul><li>Strong expertise in Lean tools: 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, SMED, Standard Work, TPM, Visual Factory</li><li>Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC)</li><li>Experience in process improvement and operational excellence programs</li><li>Understanding of Theory of Constraints (preferred)</li><li>Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills</li><li>Project management and change management expertise</li></ul> Certifications (Preferred) <ul><li>Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt (strongly preferred)</li><li>Lean certifications&nbsp;</li></ul>
