Responsibilities: <ul><li>Identify and meet guests’ needs, provide appropriate bar services, and assist guests in recommendations, upselling where appropriate to provide knowledgeable and bespoke service</li><li>Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to beverage recipes. Curate recipes specialising in fine beverages and unique cocktails in accordance with theme of the outlet/function or as required by guests</li><li>Must be able to assess and manage guests’ needs and recommend excellent wine and food pairing as per theme of the outlet or as required by guests.
