Role Description: <ul><li>The Country Head is the most senior commercial executive and face of our petroleum business in Country.</li><li>This role serves as the primary growth driver and central leadership authority for business operations within the market.</li><li>This role is laser-focused on aggressively expanding market share, revenue, and profitability while providing inspirational leadership and strategic direction to all country-based teams.</li><li>The Country Head has direct line management responsibility for the sales organization and exercises influential leadership over all other functions to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies and achievement of growth ambitions as articulated in Destination 2030 Strategy.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Growth Leadership and Market Expansion <ul><li>Develop and execute robust growth strategies to grow the Company’s market share and drive revenue growth.</li><li>Lead market penetration initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, customer segments, and geographic expansion possibilities.</li><li>Set the Country’s growth targets for the team, drive relentless execution and high team performance in country.</li><li>Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.</li><li>Champion innovative go-to-market strategies, pricing optimization, and value proposition development.</li><li>Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, focusing on high-value accounts and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Lead major deal negotiations and strategic customer relationships that positively impact business growth.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, government forums, and key customer and regulator engagements to enhance market position.</li><li>Develop comprehensive country business plans that align with Energy BU strategies.</li><li>Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities.</li><li>Drive business development initiatives including new market entry strategies.</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and performance.</li><li>Manage key stakeholder relationships including government officials, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.</li></ul> Sales Organization Leadership <ul><li>Directly manage and inspire the sales team to achieve exceptional performance and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent while building a high-performance sales culture.</li><li>Establish sales strategies, territory management, and account planning frameworks.</li><li>Implement sales processes, performance metrics, and incentive structures that drive results.</li><li>Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to sales team members to maximize their potential.</li><li>Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance review processes.</li><li>Drive sales team accountability through regular performance monitoring and corrective action when needed.</li></ul> Performance Management and Results Delivery <ul><li>Take full accountability for country P&amp;L performance at gross margin level.</li><li>Partner with functional leaders to jointly set KPIS for all functions in country.</li><li>Ensure closure of receivables in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.</li><li>Implement risk management strategies and contingency planning for business continuity.</li><li>Report regularly to Petroleum leadership team on performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.</li></ul> Stakeholder Management &amp; External Relations <ul><li>Build and maintain strategic relationships with key government officials, regulatory authorities, and industry leaders.</li><li>Represent the companys interests in industry associations, chambers of commerce, and policy forums.</li><li>Ensure positive brand reputation and stakeholder confidence in the market.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Engineering, or business related field.</li><li>Masters degree (MBA) is a plus.</li><li>Industry-specific certifications or executive education programs advantageous.</li><li>Minimum 10-12 years of progressive leadership experience in petroleum, oil &amp; gas, or related energy industries.</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record of driving significant business growth and market share expansion.</li><li>Experience managing sales organizations and achieving ambitious revenue targets.</li><li>Experience working in emerging markets or similar economic environments.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise day-to-day facility operations, including building, equipment, utilities, and grounds maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure safety.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and compliance with standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure facilities comply with local regulations, EHS standards, and corporate sustainability goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Support plant operations by ensuring reliable supply of utilities such as electricity, water, compressed air, and HVAC systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead and develop a team of technicians to drive efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and monitor facility budgets, expenses, and project timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage emergency response plans and support safety initiatives across the site.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive facility improvement projects, including space planning, energy efficiency, and workplace optimization.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, or related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 5 years of facilities management/maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of EHS compliance, building systems, utilities, and facility operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience supervising teams and managing external contractors/vendors.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Grievance &amp; Compliance Leadership: <ul><li>Lead end-to-end employee misconduct investigations (preliminary and detailed), ensuring fairness, consistency, and legal compliance across all cases.</li><li>Own full disciplinary lifecycle: recommend actions, approve issuance of show cause/warning/dismissal letters, and maintain robust, auditable records.</li><li>Drive periodic compliance audits across contract labor suppliers (security, canteen, uniform vendors) and ensure timely corrective action on non-conformities.</li><li>Conduct due diligence and performance reviews of foreign operator agencies; submit data-driven recommendations for contract renewals or terminations.</li></ul> Policy &amp; Process Ownership: <ul><li>Manage centralized document control for all HR policies, procedures, and operational guidelines — ensuring accessibility, version control, and alignment with evolving legal standards.</li><li>Design and deliver compliance training programs for managers and employees, covering HR policy, performance management, and labor law essentials.</li><li>Act as the go-to subject matter expert on employment law, IR best practices, and grievance resolution frameworks.</li></ul> Union Engagement &amp; Strategy: <ul><li>Lead plants transition into a unionized environment: educate leaders and HR on union dynamics, negotiation frameworks, and collaborative engagement models.</li><li>Build and sustain a constructive union relationship — balancing business needs with employee representation through regular dialogue, transparency, and mutual respect.</li><li>Anticipate union-related risks and opportunities; advise leadership proactively on IR positioning and response strategies.</li><li>Drive union readiness programs, including leadership coaching, communication protocols, and scenario planning.&nbsp;</li></ul> Canteen Management: <ul><li>Lead vendor governance for contract labor and canteen operations. Responsibilities: Project Timeline: <ul><li>Identify and align projects goals and scope with PJM and PM, and breakdown tasks of tooling/process developments and qualification</li><li>Make/align tooling development and qualification timeline, assign tasks to Ops team include tooling development, materials purchase</li><li>Track and manage core team to execute project progress based on committed project schedule</li></ul> Project Cost: <ul><li>Lead Ops to simulate sample cost and production cost to achieve project landing zone target, lead Ops to optimize launch cost to the best</li><li>Budget and control scrap cost though leverage design and manufacturing process to meet project target during NPI phase</li></ul> Project Execution: <ul><li>Guide capacity planning, materials sourcing and manpower to support all builds in the plant.</li><li>Oversee the progression of tooling/process development, identify bottleneck and issues, organize Ops team to improve those bottleneck and issues.</li><li>Oversee risks assessment in project execution, stay interlock with PJM to make multination plan and conduct the planned activities in Ops.</li><li>Finalize the Safe Launch plan for the appropriate mix of product, tool capability and demand with the approval of the PjM, Quality, MDPE, and PjE. a. Lead Safe Launch team meetings to ensure successful HVM startup and manufacturing process qualification for attainment of required metrics for successful G5 handoff.</li><li>Align the budget with the Ops team with the tooling list provided by MPDE-A, control total capital spending against CER.</li><li>Lead and coordinate line setup to conduct LVM sample builds and coordinate HVM tool builds.</li><li>Lead Ops to make ramp up plan, include materials, operations and tool capacity ramp up, ensure manufacture team take over production control smoothly after G5.</li></ul> Product Sustaining: <ul><li>Product migration, as a receiving or sending leader to execute product move in or move out, including project timeline, investment, cost control, machine/material/manpower preparation, safety stock, safe launch, etc.</li><li>Lead product capacity analysis and expand it through re-investment per estimation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, engineering background is better</li><li>PMP certification preferred</li><li>At least 5 years related working experience in project management, 1~2 years’ experience in connector/cable/cable assembly is better</li><li>Fluent oral and written/reading in English</li><li>Experience in IT Project Manager, Data Center Business or digital networking project is an advantage.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Customer Service: <ul><li>Manage a team of 4-5</li><li>Advance best in class customer relations via Quality, Delivery, Innovation and Responsiveness</li><li>Develop/Lead customer engagement projects and processes focused onIncreasing customer forecast accuracy</li><li>Review demand forecasts and order priority with production planning &amp; control team; establish supply schedules for raw material based on production schedule in S&amp;OP meetings</li><li>Resource and capacity planning for work load assessment.</li><li>Developing behavior analytics which enhance proactive customer engagement focused on minimizing waste and increasing the customer experience</li></ul> Trade Supply Chain Management: <ul><li>Manage a team of 4-5</li><li>To focus on part availability, on time delivery to the customer, Quality and Cost Reduction by utilizing resources effectively</li><li>Driving supply chain and logistics excellence and ensuring the compliance of all statutory requirements in order to achieve Business goals</li><li>Provide innovative planning and logistics solutions to find and implement efficiencies with cross-functional teams&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>MBA</li><li>15 years + relevant customer experience management background required.</li><li>SAP – 10+ years’ experience</li><li>Extensive transactional working experience in manufacturing industry under CS &amp; Supply chain.</li><li>Knowledge/understanding of Customer Relationship Management/CRM systems.</li><li>Preferred experience of Aerospace and Defense.</li></ul>
