Responsibilities: <ul><li>We develop products in the fields of speech recognition, ambient scribe, and digital dictation. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Setup and Configuration. Deploy and configure M365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.</li><li>Implement security and compliance policies to ensure data classification and compliance.</li><li>Conduct Proof of Concept (POC), new product evaluations and fitment.</li><li>Configure and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.</li></ul> Management and Operation: <ul><li>Monitor and maintain the health and performance of M365 services.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services and applications.</li><li>Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.</li></ul> Collaboration and Support: <ul><li>Work closely with other IT teams to integrate M365 services with existing systems and applications.</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.</li><li>Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize M365 services.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity</li><li>Participate in the planning and lead execution of M365-related projects and initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: Additional Requirement details - Microsoft 365 Certified: <ul><li>Enterprise Administrator Expert or other relevant certifications.</li><li>roven experience in setting up, configuring, managing, and operating M365 tenant and workloads.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.</li><li>Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.</li><li>Experience with hybrid M365 environments and integration with on-premises systems.</li><li>Familiarity with security and compliance features in M365, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).</li><li>Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and related identity management solutions.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul> Educational Qualification: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>Minimum 5 to 6 years in EUC environment.</li><li>2 to 3 years of experience with skilled and experienced M365 Engineer and responsible for setting up, configuring, managing, and operating our M365 tenant and workloads. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Analyze DEX tool data to identify trends, predict issues, and propose proactive interventions to enhance employee digital experience.</li><li>Develop, test, and maintain scripts and tools using PowerShell and Python to automate repetitive tasks and improve system performance.</li><li>Work with data warehouses like Redshift and analytics platforms such as Databricks. Use SQL or another programming language to work with databases and create dashboards to extract insights and develop actionable recommendations.</li><li>Develop dashboards and reporting tools using SysTrack and Microsoft Power BI to provide visibility into key performance metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with IT Service Desk and Desktop Support Teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Design and implement innovative ideas to enhance customer service and reduce the mean time to resolution (MTTR).</li><li>Act as a consultant to various teams, providing technical expertise in the use of DEX tools and scripting languages.</li><li>Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies or methodologies that improve the IT environment and employee satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.</li><li>Engage with vendor support resources to resolve complex technical challenges and evaluate new technologies.</li><li>Work with APIs to integrate and enhance system capabilities, ensuring seamless interaction between tools and platforms.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proficiency in DEX tools like SysTrack, Nexthink, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong coding skills in PowerShell and Python.</li><li>Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms, such as Databricks, and data warehouses like Redshift. Proficiency in SQL as a programming language for working with databases and creating dashboards.</li><li>Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI for data visualization and automation.</li><li>Experience in working with APIs for system integration and enhancements.</li><li>Deep understanding of IT environments, including endpoint devices, software, and cloud-based tools.</li><li>Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve digital employee experience.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with experience conducting RCA and developing innovative solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to identify and act on trends and opportunities in emerging technologies.</li><li>Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and their practical application.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design and implement infrastructure solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure Front Door, and APIM to support Cognitive Services.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing and new applications.</li><li>Optimize and manage the performance, scalability, and security of AI infrastructure.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure design, configuration, and best practices.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI infrastructure.</li><li>Work on cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment and operation of the AI platform.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest advancements in Azure services and AI technologies to ensure the infrastructure remains cutting-edge.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Software Engineering experience.</li><li>BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, related field, or equivalent of experience.</li><li>Proven experience in designing and managing Azure-based infrastructure, specifically with Azure OpenAI, Front Door, and APIM.</li><li>Strong understanding of Cognitive Services and AI/ML concepts.</li><li>Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.</li><li>Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus.</li></ul>
