Responsibilities: <ul><li>Has strong impact in Advanced Manufacturing Technology Roadmap driven development projects.</li><li>Drives for excellence in existing Stamping technologies and methods.</li><li>Strives to implement optimized or new manufacturing technologies to provide improved processes and tolerance control.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the Advance Manufacturing Process team and the manufacturing sites teams to collaborate with Product Development in the optimization of part and product designs for manufacturability, providing stamping simulation and process master knowledge and expert application of stamping processes to realize product samples and prototypes.</li><li>Provides stamping simulation and process master knowledge and project management to liaise the Advance Manufacturing Process team and the manufacturing sites teams, deploying optimized or new stamping processes to realize advanced manufacturing technology development projects.</li><li>Acts as the binding element between product development and advanced manufacturing &amp; process engineering, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of this critical interface.</li><li>Designs, develops, and qualifies stamping processes in compliance with company EH&amp;S, quality and production standards, as well as recognized best in class and industry standards.</li><li>Documents all related processes in applicable company systems.</li><li>Supports supply chain to verify related suppliers’ compliance and capability.</li><li>Initiates and implements stamping related programs to continuously improve quality, cost and cycle time.</li><li>Maintains and adheres to all appropriate specifications, regulatory and customer requirements.</li><li>Applies stamping process mastery to resolve significant / unique / complex issues, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.</li><li>Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment, performing work without appreciable direction.</li><li>Drives results primarily through collaboration and influence, not through direct reporting relationships.</li><li>Provides training and mentorship to other professional employees.</li><li>Provides measurable input to the objectives and goals of the department in support of the function and business unit strategies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 12 years of related experience.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering or related) required, Master’s preferred.</li><li>Demonstrates stamping simulation and process mastery (tool design, process optimization, capability, troubleshooting).</li><li>Tight tolerance electrical connector experience is a plus!</li><li>Working knowledge with quality tools (FMEA, Six Sigma, DOE, 8D/Continuous Improvement), is a plus!</li><li>Fluent in English (read, write, and speak).</li><li>Broad knowledge of stamping, plating, and assembly processes for connectors and sockets is desired.</li><li>Practical application of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, &amp; Outlook).&nbsp;</li><li>Broad project management skill and experience – Ability to work on several projects at once.</li><li>Based in China-Qingdao or the Philippines-Batangas mfg. sites and willingness to travel up to 25% average.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical communication with customer, confirm customer applications and technical requirements.</li><li>Translate customer’s requirements into engineering specification and provide new product design solution in time.</li><li>Responsible for part list/BOM building, 3D models and 2D drawings, GD&amp;T, product specifications, application specifications, DFMEA, Tolerance analysis etc.</li><li>Lead the design review for compliance with engineering principles, product standards such UL and IEC, customer contract requirements, verification and related specifications.</li><li>Lead design review with cross functional teams to confirm the manufacturing and quality control feasibility.</li><li>Leads DV/PV test, responsible for resolving product design and test problems.</li><li>Responsible for FAI review, work with project team to release product in time.</li><li>Interacts with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas during the pre-production stages of new products.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree majored in Mechanical, or above.</li><li>More than 5 years mechanical design experience, power signal connector related is preferred, independently new product development experience is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of connector fundamentals, capable of connector component design, preferred that knowledge of power and signal connector application and international standards ex. UL and IEC.</li><li>Familiar with GD&amp;T, tolerance analysis, mechanics of plastic/metal materials, and basic knowledge in injection molding, stamping. Skilled in at least one 3D Software: Creo, Pro/E, Catia, UG or SolidWorks.&nbsp;</li><li>Skilled of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT.</li><li>Proficient in writing and reading English. Good oral English is plus.</li><li>Good communication skills, high teamwork spirit and teamwork experience, ability to work with multicultural engineering teams and cross functional environments.</li><li>Effective problem-solving skills, to be innovative, willingness/ability to deal with multiple products and assigned tasks.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Connector research and development.</li><li>Technical communication with customers and frontend team to confirm/understand their applications and technical requirements.</li><li>Translate requirements into engineering specification and provide solutions with new product designs on time.</li><li>Responsible for design concept making, mechanical analysis, building 3D models and 2D drawings, GD&amp;T, part list/BOM, DFMEA, product specifications, application specifications, etc.</li><li>Lead the design review for compliance with engineering principles, product standards, customer contract requirements.</li><li>Lead design review with cross functional teams to confirm the manufacturing feasibility and product quality.</li><li>Leads EV/DV/PV tests to validate product designs.</li><li>Responsible for FAI review, co-working with project team and providing on-site support at manufacturing site for product ramp-up on time</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree majored in mechanical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, physics, etc.</li><li>More than 8 years mechanical design experience, connector-related is preferred, independently new product development is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of connector fundamentals, capable of connector component design, preferred that knowledge of high-speed connector applications.</li><li>Familiar with GD&amp;T, tolerance analysis, mechanics of plastic/metal materials and basic knowledge in injection molding, stamping and assembly.</li><li>Skilled in at least one 3D Software: Creo, Pro/E, Catia, UG or SolidWorks. Skilled of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT.</li><li>In-depth knowledge and experience of CAE for mechanical/structural simulations.</li><li>Proficient in writing and reading English. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the development of power connector solutions, including sockets, high-speed connectors, and cable assemblies, from market definition through production and release, collaborating closely with customers, Product Managers, Sales, and Field Application Engineers to gather actionable Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.</li><li>Conceive innovative concepts for power connector products and perform feasibility studies, conducting mechanical and thermal simulations to evaluate design performance in real-world conditions.</li><li>Develop engineering evaluations and proposals focused on power connector applications, creating detailed designs, including 2D and 3D drawings, and performing Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and tolerance analysis.</li><li>Build prototype samples of power connectors, conduct validation testing to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards, and complete product qualification processes to finalize specifications.</li><li>Provide technical support to Operations, including Quality and Production teams, to enhance efficiency and ensure safe product launches, proactively resolving product-related issues and managing Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) and Product Change Notifications (PCN).</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs in power connectivity, fostering connections between business engineering teams and customer engineering teams to deliver optimal solutions.</li><li>Follow the LEAN Product Development (LEANPD) Project Process
